I've tried to reach out to them several times for a refund and they don't respond. Also, the merchandice is shipped from China. The sizes are for Asian people. I'm a legitimate XL. Ordered an XXL and its still way too small.

The product finally arrived, over a month after ordering it. I never received a shipping notification. When I emailed the company about the status of my order well after the production guidelines on their website, the email bounced back. I used the email provided for customer service on their website.

I got the wrong rug and when I tried to contact the company the email link was invalids and when I filled out the form I got no response.

Good selection of products at a fair price.

Very pleased with the product. It took longer to receive it.

I found a great purse on this site. I looked at multiple purses and they all clearly stated LEATHER. When the purse arrives, it had a very heavy smell of plastic. While I let it air out before writing the company numerous times regarding leather versus some form of plastic (I could see the interior of the product was white and I have never seen a white leather interior. The look, smell and feel of the purse is that of a plastic or manufactured product. I purchased this on Dec 25, wrote numerous emails requesting a refund, and on Feb 27 the last email said this:
After thoroughly reviewing your feedback, I regret to inform you that, according to our company's policy, we are unable to process a refund in this particular case. The reason for this decision is that the product is not damaged or defective.
We genuinely believe in the quality and aesthetics of our products, and we are confident that the bag, once worn, will receive many compliments. We understand that personal preferences may vary, and we value your feedback as it helps us continually improve our offerings.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you a 20% discount code for your next purchase."
BUYER BEWARE as I am out about $50 and that purse still smells like plastic in May.

Bought 2, gave 1 to daughter in law and 1 to my best friend just because I love her. Both ladies loved them.

Sizes were not true, all were much larger than shown. Mediums were the size of extra large

I need a return label but your system tells me that I cannot return an item that has not been received and I have the product in my hands. Please send me a return label

Never received order. Ripped me off. If My account is not credited by Monday will seek legal action. I see all the horrible reviews. This company needs to be closed down.

The only negative on that beautiful Tumblr is the lid doesn't line up with the sides it's either in front of the handle are on the opposite side
