Bad service, long wait for the shipment, wrong product delivered… no refund offered after complaint

It is a scam. What a shame. They won’t send you anything. Waste of money

SCAM WEBSITE
Do not order from this website. They are the same as the *Wolff* websites. They pretend to be based in Berlin with a main hub in the Netherlands, but this is all fake. They are a scam entity from China. More and more websites like this are trying to scam you into buying super cheap products.

Do not think that it is from Berlin. The items are being shipped from china with a very bad quality which you can find for cheaper price on other Chinese websites. And to return it I have written several email but still did not get any answer how can I return the items. Another surprise, you should send the items back to china and pay for shipping. I definitely don’t recommend buying any items from yhem.

Not everything was delivered that i‘ve ordered so i contacted them to see if i can get a refund or they can send it seperatly. I first got feedback that they‘d want pictures of the order. After if sent them that i never heard from them again. All my future Emails have been ignored totally.

First, I want to write to team up to take legal ways against these people!

I ordered a product without knowing it would come from China taking 3 weeks.
Object is delivered, but it's already broken in the bag.
What do you do? You contact the customer service asking for refund. They answer saying they will contact me back from the right team. 4 days in and no answer, I ask for news. Silence. So 2 days after a reminder, I decided to write again to threaten a legal action since it's my right as a European customer to receive a refund within 2 weeks without reasons. All the more if the product is broken.

Of course, no answer. Who is with me? These people need to shut down and lose their whole money!!

Please think about it twice before placing your order!
The products are extremely smelly, even after washing them twice. Some items smell as they've been produced from old tyres in a chemistry laboratory. Others smell as if they've been stored in a musty mouldy cellar room for ages. Even worse: the musty smell transfers to other clothes during washing instead of diminishing.
The color does not match the description or the pictures. Especially the black items are not black, but rather dark brown, which is a very disgusting and destroys the look completely.
Also, the shop is neither located in Berlin or Germany at all nor are the products delivered from Europe, which leads to long delivery times.

Cannot recommend at all and would like to rate even lower than with one star.
