Very disappointed with the **LuvLap Handsfree Milk Suction Pump**. I bought this pump just 3 weeks ago and it has already stopped working. Completely unexpected for a product meant for new mothers.

When I contacted customer service, the experience was even worse. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The customer service supervisor **Sujatha** behaved very unprofessionally and did not show any interest in resolving the issue.

Now they are saying the product is not refundable, which means my money is completely wasted. Extremely poor product quality and the worst customer service experience.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please think twice before buying.
