Lovly did a thorough intake of trouble areas. The exercises are directed towards helping to improve those areas and overall attention to the face and neck. I have started to see differences within the first four days.

Luvly is a total scam
This is a total scam. It is a subscription which is impossible to end and take no responsibility when you are charged after two years of trying to cancel.
Notice in all the respinses about subscription issues below their reply is pretty similar, "We take your concerns seriously. We are clear about our cancellation policy. Sorry we cant do anything to get your money back." SCAM ALERT!

I just learned about Face Yoga and I love it!
I really enjoy the soothing music behind the instructions.
The instructions given and the visuals make it very easy to follow each exercise.
I love the way my face feels when I’ve completed a session.
I do find the app a bit pricey though.

Really great customer service
I signed up for premium on my phone and then I'm not sure what happened, but when I got the app I couldn't figure out how to get it to recognize I'd already paid. I contacted customer service which was super easy unlike most things these days. They got back to me right away and after a few back and forth, even with me not responding right away and delaying it more, once it was resolved they reset the start date of my subscription. I didn't lose any time when I wasn't able to use the app (which was just from my own user error anyway).

Feedback: allow us to see ourselves as we do the exercise. I don’t always have a mirror. Make it like FaceTime or zoom window. Overall: I love the videos and exercises. I can feel my muscles working and definitely a burn, telling me I hadn’t worked them enough.

High quality content, great customer service. I love how they introduce you to face yoga in a pleasant welcoming manner. I do 5 min every morning and it has become my ritual, hoping to delay my Botox years for another lil bit. I highly recommend them if interested in face yoga there’s def something to it
