I brought my first wig from Luvme in April of 2024 and that was the beginning of my joyous journey with Luvme and I have been ordering consistently ever since I am a customer for life. The quality of their hair is supreme. I am amazed how many beautiful wigs I have from this company the colors the texture the lengths the comfort the styles is total perfection I love the airyfit and the all day comfort those are a game changer for me I am 100% satisfied with this company, customer service is top tier, they genuinely care about their customers and that is very important to me. They address your issues in a timely manner and they do all they can to accommodate you and fix the issue. I have a lot of wigs and I have had very few issues I love their VIP days there is always a way to increase your points , they keep everything fun and keep you engaged. There are multiple ways that you can get in contact with their customer service. I love communicating on WhatsApp, I also love the community. There are lots of queens that have many questions, and we can communicate with each other and give out advice encourage and complement each other it is so heartwarming and joyful you can feel the love from this community and for a person like me who unfortunately loss all my hair and I absolutely cannot get it back. I tried for 20 years and I had to accept it, I suffered through many synthetic wigs to find a company that feel like home to me is priceless and I wouldn’t give it up for the world. I am a very satisfied customer and I can’t see myself going anywhere else every time I purchased a new wig that wig, becomes my new favorite wig. I have purchased close to 100 wigs and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. When I purchased my first all day comfort, that’s when things really change for me because the wigs fit my head perfectly. The ears is very comfortable. The structure of the all they comfort wigs is amazing.

The lace front wig was beautiful, and the color was perfect. I wanted a longer length, but that style was not available in 20 inches. Customer service was professional and promptly issued a refund. I was very satisfied with the service.

The wig is nice but very itchy. After washing it, it has a weird cowlick I can not get rid off. But what really makes me angry is that I posted TWO less than 5 star reviews on the LUVME hair website and they aren't there. Then I learned that a lot of companies hide negative reviews. This I don't like, because what are the point of the reviews then if they are not honest. My honest review is (that never got published) the hair is very nice, however... it is called an "all day comfort" wig, and it's one of the most itchy wigs I have ever worn. As soon as I get home I want to rip it off. Also since washing it, it doesn't seem to hold any curl. But I love the color. And it's a very nice winter wig ( I can wear a thick wig cap to prevent itchiness AND also a winter hat to hide cowlick that I just can't...lick.

Luvme Hair never misses. I’ve been wearing wigs all of my life and they are really changing the entire game. I have 30+ luvme wigs and not a complaint with any of them. Quality is top tier, lace is unmatched, comfort is next level, and customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with for any company.

Hair came earlier than delivered and was very soft, the lace melted easily with little to no work and hair doesn't shed

This is a good company that is concerned about what the customer wants. My most recent purchase was a compact for blending the lace for a new wig piece I purchased and it works great. Sometimes I forget I have the wog on because it blends well (and many people can't tell the difference). That's my goal with any hairstyle with added hair to look natural but beautiful not to get a "your wig looks nice" compliment and they help achieve that goal.
