Horrible horrible. My order took two months to ship out. I received a bounce back email every time I tried to check on my order.

Finally received the order and the items are nothing like the description and the quality is awful.

You have to email them for returns and received the same bounce back.

Absolutely do not order from here.

Save your money and mind Do Not Order from them. Their product is very cheap, made in China & does not fit well. It will take forever to receive if received at all. I wanted to return some items and they say you have to email them with pictures but when you do your email comes back undeliverable. Total scam save yourself the headaches and DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVROSY

This “company” should be reported..Never buy from them. Took over a month to receive what I ordered. Poor quality products. Sizes are not consistent with their “size charts”. To return you must email...however the email bounces back stating full. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!! SCAM! Save your $100 purchase for free shipping..you are wasting your time and money. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Do not order from them! Took 5 emails to receive items. Very poor quality upon arrival and email for returns says 'mailbox full'.
Total waste of $120! I doubt I will ever get through a refund process.

I too like many others cannot reach customer service. The email bounces back full mailbox. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing . The item is so big I would like to return but they will not communicate. I do not know where to mail it back . Poor service do not recommend.

AWFUL!!! Awful awful quality and sizing. Not with the wait. I ordered March 10th and received the horrible merchandise on June 10th after I contacted them twice.

I did finally receive my merchandise after so long I’d forgotten that I ordered. Problem is I need to return so to bad fit and have tried half a dozen times and no one will reply. Terrible service. Never again will I order from them as they are not cheap

I wish I would have looked up these reviews before wasting $50+ on a single item that I never received. Terrible customer service and 100% a scam.

I have had the same issue as everyone else writing a review. Weeks after placing my order for over $100, I receive a partial order. I am missing one piece. Quality of the items that I did receive is not great and one piece that should be size medium is soo big that two people could fit in it. I have emailed multiple times with no luck.
Everyone should be cautious. There are many websites like this as I ordered from two other ones with similar results. I learned a very good lesson. Very sad!!!

It took two months to receive the dresses i ordered and they looked nothing like the photos and were super poor quality. Their email does not work so you will never be able to return anything!

Very slow delivery no customer service a scam to get your money

Took 3 mos to receive, didn’t fit worth a darn, wouldn’t even discuss return. Don’t throw your money away.

I ordered from their website almost two months ago. Paid with PayPal. Never got the product and it says website does not exist now. There must be a way to stop this type of theft. Out almost $40.00. I will only be ordering from US based companies in the future.

It is very disappointing that ANY company can not only get away with taking people's money without delivering products, but also provide such poor customer service-as no phone numbers, little to no responsiveness unless elevated to a financial complaint, and a COMPLETE refusal to at a Minimum refund the $ for the item that was NOT even delivered. Furthermore, as other reviewers have noted, the items do Not match the photos AND the quality is literally the poorest quality. Not to mention the sizing isn't even close to what it should be. Really, really cheap.. should be illegal and I don't understand why people can't even recover the $ for items NOT delivered.
Customer services is pretty much non existent. No phone numbers and little to no responses to emails.

It appears they use the photos as a bait and switch ploy to get your money. After that you are on your own. Even if they don't deliver the items you paid for. Clearly, this is how China does business. No humans. No customer consideration. No recourse for misrepresenting products. I did submit a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center. I suggest others do the same in order to try to stop them from exploiting and deceiving and stealing from others.

So disappointing.
I ordered a denim dress and received a poorly made thin cotton dress lacking all the details shown in the Facebook Ad. Terrible construction. I tried twice to email Luvrosy without success, sending them photos of the ad dress and the dress I received . DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Trust me... the photo I took of the dress received would convince anyone to NOT order anything from Luvrosy. Deceptive pictures posted in their ads on Facebook. Beware. What you “see” in the ad photo is NOT what you’ll get.

If I could have used less than one star here I would have the clothes I received were poor quality all from China when I reached out to customer service to return items for refund no response a week later after they clearly indicated it would be 24 hours DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Got my shipment late (understandable with Covid). Quality of products were TERRIBLE. They look nothing like the web products, and are incredibly over priced. I paid $80 for a pair of pants and a summer dress, and I wouldn't even want these for free.

I have repeatedly reached out to customer service and crickets.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
