Ordered shoes and they say they were sent to Evri parcels and it’s been “on its way” for 2 weeks now. I have tried to contact them via phone and email and nothing… no pick up or no replies. Absolutely poor… shocking in fact.. how are they still trading with the same repeating themes?? I have reported them to trading standards and as so many other “victims” have repeated here
STAY WELL CLEAR OF LUV STEPS…. because there is no love… and you won’t be stepping in any new footwear… because as of now… entering my third week… and no shoes.. and no refund…

Stay away counterfeit goods the address is up for rent there is no customer contact there the worst trainers I've seen they shouldn't be allowed to sell

Fake trainers !!! Couldn’t return them either as they said they could only offer a 50% refund !! Avoid at all costs . Bad fakes as well !!

Counterfeit trainers stay well clear, wish i'd looked before ordering but seen you could use paypal and thought it must be legit. I was wrong, they turned up a week later with a fake stock X tag and cert which got me worried. The trainers have all the signs of fakes. I've tried emailing for a refund but I was told i can't return them even though it states on the site you can. This is a scam stay well away.

Don’t go near these guys, they are selling fake gear, and they have a terrible returns policy and customer service is non existent, please please read these reviews before losing your money !!

Customer service refused to acknowledge they sent me fake shoes.
No refund given.
Stay away unless you want to pay full price for fake shoes that are not even good fakes.

This company sent me fake Nike Air 86 at full RRP

Came with fake Stock X tags, the trainers were clearly counterfeit. I reached out immediately via the details on their site with pictures, they responded with a generic response requesting pictures. I sent more pictures of all the issues (box was also trashed) and they stopped replying. After repeated emails they offered 50% refund, which is in conflict with there online policy where they offer full refunds.

On further investigation, they are using a company in Singapore called Leona Pte. Ltd. who are known scammers and are marked as struck off.

I'm an idiot for not checking before purchase, though they are supported by PayPal and other providers. Now I have to go through trying to reclaim my money though the providers

Tried to contact them on a number of occasions, no response, my trainers eventually arrived but definitely fake.

Purchased trainers from this site and they are fake swift to reply when asking about buying but when asked about return as want a refund they say you can’t simply return just cause don’t want them? Well you can as it’s your right as a customer as long as it’s within timeframe your entitled to refund! Certainly would stay well clear!

Scammers, I purchased trainers for 135.44 pounds and I DID NOT SEE THE TRAINERS NOR THE REFUND

Received 2 of 3 pairs ordered no sign of the 3rd pair. Poor quality fake trainers with no reply as to how I can return and get my money back. Very responsive when you are trying to buy something but soon as there is a problem radio silence. Will be reporting to trading standards as these are clearly counterfeit goods being sold

Scam website bought trainers for 137.80 questioned where they were not getting any responses whatsoever avoid like the plague

It's a scam avoid buying nobody respond all products fake

A/ Don't but trainers at a price too good to be true - red flag they are fake
B/ always look for reviews
C/ if contact number is a mobile phone - red flag
D/ if shoes take 10 days to arrive - red flag - they are fake
E/ always look for reviews - yes I said it twice.
Basically I bought fake sacai waffles and v easy to spot, I'm an idiot but also for 134 quid what the hell. If you don't care about buying fakes go for it, if you do don't by from these guys. Not sure will get refund as been burnt before so hopefully they don't fall apart after a week.

Not ordered from them but clearly scammers. Unrealistically cheap prices so I had alarm bells - came here to check. The negative reviews say it all and the 5 star reviews are clearly fake, I mean read them, they are childish.

ordered some air max 90 surplus supposed to have a pocket in tongue. composite toe and different soles to non surplus. what i got was a fake pair of 90's with wrong sole. no pocket and no composite toe. Avoid like the plague reported to TRADING STANDARDS ENGLAND
company is actually SINGAPORE when you pay by paypal and then check, you don't find that out until after you paid.

Ordered some lovely nike air max 90s dancefloor green was really looking forward to...until some reason was refunded??

I gifted these luxury leather pumps to my sister for her birthday, and she was ecstatic! she wore them to a formal occasion, and everyone complimented her on how beautiful they were. The red bottoms and polished shine really make them stand out. She claimed they were quite comfortable. Highly recommended!
