False advertising, you don’t get the merchandise that they advertise. Wig different from advertised wig. Give you the run for a return and getting a refund.

I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. I ordered the wig. It was sent to me the wrong wig. I sent the wig back, and I am still being charged each month.
Please cancel this order and refund my money.

I ordered a curly hair wig. Upon removal of the product from the bag, the front was not curled at all, and the back had a few curls. I contacted the company immediately for s refund. I was required to send a photo for proof of purchase. I sent the photo along with two other photos showing the wig. The company responded explaining that the wig resembled the photo advertised online. They did not issue a refund request. I replied to their emails and they have not responded back.

Don’t get me wrong the wigs are great. But I have ordered from this company twice and each time something went wrong with my order. The first time I waited 2 weeks and I finally spoke with someone by email and she said the wig I ordered was out of stock. She promised all
Kinds of incentives and discounts but after a week or more I insisted on a refund. The second wig was due over 7 days ago and I have yet to receive it. They promised it would be here in a couple of days but UPS tracking had yet to receive it. Where is my order?

The wig was not like it was described in the description and pre-cut was terrible.
So i have sent 3 email stating: I just received my purchase on July 11,2025 and it's not what I expected. I would like to return it and receive a refund. This email is send within the 15 days notice. As of today have not received any response. It also states that you have to email within 15 days of receiving order.

One Star - Worst Wig I've Ever Received

I never leave reviews, but this wig was so disappointing I felt the need to warn others. First off, there is a smell that I could overlook because I know where the wig is coming from, but honestly, that’s the least of my problems. The hair is extremely cheap quality—thin, lifeless, and feels like synthetic plastic. The fit is the worst part. I’ve never had a wig that felt small on my head before, but this one does. It’s uncomfortably tight and definitely not true to size.

To top it off, I had to email the company because I didn’t receive any shipping updates, and I was left in the dark about when it would arrive. The customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money. Don’t believe the fake reviews you see here either. This was a complete disappointment.

I am in the U.S. I ordered a wig from this company. Returned it according to the company’s instructions and NEVER received a refund plus although I made numerous inquiries via email, I never received a response back from them. Now I have no wig and they have taken my money.

I would not recommend this company because I did not receive the goods that I ordered After all, it was out of stock. they have refused to issue me with a refund. I have now opened a dispute through PayPal so that I can get my money back.

Terrible time getting refund, would not recommend

The Luvwin wig is beautiful! Really looks natural. I ordered 12in.,I received 8in. The wig was $40 dollars off, so I guess they took 40% off the hair length.

This wig journey of trial and error has been costly for me. So thankful I finally found this company. Quick response time, excellent return policy, and great customer service have me ordering from them again and again.

This is by far the best product I have ever purchased. I will definitely be purchasing another one from this company.
