SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVYLE! I ordered 4 items on 03/19/20 and still have not received them. This company needs to be stopped from scamming more people and shame on you PayPal .

The merchandise took forever to arrive, and when they did, they were of VERY POOR QUALITY. In addition to that, they compromised my credit card and I had to apply for another.
I contacted the company for a return address. After 6 emails back and forth with their customer service division (each representative had a different name), I decided that it was taking too much of my time to deal with them. I discarded the articles I purchased from them. The materials were cheap and not at all comparable to the pictures in their catalog. I could not wear them. Had I known the company was based in Hong Kong, I never would have ordered in the first place. This company is deceitful and disreputable. Do NOT order anything from them.

Do not order from Luvyle.com. Order was placed February 2, 2020.
Finally received a partial order on April 24, 2020 (only two items out of four ordered) - wrong color - wrong size.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The product looks nothing like the photo. I think they have one made in a really nice fabric, and then remake it for orders in a super cheap fabric. I order a black shirt - came in bright yellow! Order a white jacket - came in Navy. Products are very low quality, and there customer service won't even answer your emails on how to return something. Absolute worst company I have ever ordered from. It's a total scam and they should be shut down.

I found the cutest kitty shirts on the Luvyle website. I ordered one for me and another for my daughter in law. Luvyle quickly charged my account and NOTHING. No email no acknowledgement of shipping, not anything. 40 days later I don't have my order, Luvyle won't respond to my requests for information and won't return my money. I will never order from this incompetent company again.

This is definately a scam company. Very good website with easy good solid payment system. Amazing professional advert on facebook. Clearly they have lots of money to spend on fake proffessional websites and adverts because they steel everyones money and don't deliver anything and never respond. Sad that there are people (scammers) promoting family orientated products directly taking advantage of already struggling families. I will never ever click on a facebook advert again and suggest the same to you.

Ordered sweater Jan 2020
Have yet to receive it even after many email correspondence.
Luvyle refuses to refund my $30 to card. They keep saying sweater will ship. They're lying. Lying liars who stole my $30.

Scam company! I should have checked the reviews before ordering! For two weeks after I ordered the order status still showed "processing". I emailed them and they gave me a step by step explanation of how the shipping is done. Pure BS. I then requested to cancel the order and they were going to refund me $18 of the $75 I paid. And that was to take 15-20 days! There was more back and forth about the cancellation. They offered me a $5 coupon toward my next order if I didn't cancel! I also got two emails from them on the same day explaining why the order was delayed. One said it was due to the Chinese holiday, the other said it was the Corona virus. I finally had to go through my credit card to get my money refunded. What a nightmare!

Please please do not use this company, they are liars. They said that they would refund me which I never received.
Horrific that they can acted in such a underhand way.

Shame on them

Ordered from them over a year ago. Had to send 95% of my order back because the product looked and felt NOTHING like what the site photos looked like. To top it off, they keep saying they never received the box of returns - meanwhile I had sent over all of the information at least 15 times - with signature and proof of them receiving. Every time I have tried to reach out - a different person responds asking me to resend all of the information, and then it goes NOWHERE. I am furious. The email chain must be at least 55 emails back and forth. A year and a half later, I still have not gotten a refund, which would have totaled over $250. Unbelievable! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, EVER.

Worst company ever! Do not order from them. You do not get your complete order. They always get your money. You can never contact or talk to them!!!!!

I placed order#517121 with this company on 2/04/20 and canceled it in less than (2) hours. As per their website, they offer full refunds on orders not yet shipped. To date, I have not received my refund nor the merchandise. I received numerous emails saying they were working on my refund. One email stated “refund sent” but a month later and it still has not been received. I fell for this scam of a company because their merchandise looks good at very good prices. This scam has been an eye opener for me to order only from reputable/credible businesses. I want to yell to anyone considering ordering from this company, “DON’T”! They are a SCAM and for customers to PLEASE CONTACT E-commerce, Fair Trading and other consumer companies to ALERT them of their horrible practices.

This is the first time I ordered anything with Luvyle.
It took over 2 months to receive my order. I contacting Luvyle twice and asked if they would let me know when I could expect my order. No response.
It finally came today.... the wrong color and it's so cheap. There is no way to return it, and the hassle is just not worth it.
I will never order from them again.
I don't know if it's a scam but it is a lousy company.
I will not include my order number to make it easier for them to reply as they request below.

This is a scam site do not trust them they say order is on it's way! It never came and then they told me I would get a refund never got it either. Scammers beware do not trust this site

So I just now read all these reviews, my question is how to stop this company. Their merchandise looks good, but I too have not received my ordered and paid for item. When I try to contact the company , my contact info. doesn't go thru.
The thing that gets me, is they keep advertising, so more gullible people are giving them their money.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.. They will not refund my money. They keep saying that my credit card company has put a block on crediting back my card from this company. I spoke with my credit card company there is no block on it. They just won’t refund my money. They owe me $85. Horrible company. Terrible service company do not waste your time and money. You will lose money with this company. The product is completely inferior and falls apart the sizing is completely wrong. The fabric is terrible. And the customer service is the worst I have ever.

Never get goods or refund only ever get e mails saying are you having good day!!! I want my money back. Do not use

I ordered a White Size 20 shirt from Luvyle. They sent me a size 14 yellow shirt that had obviously been worn by someone and smelt. I requested a refund given that they had made an error and asked them to provide me with the where with all to return the good to them. I have been e.mailing them for over two weeks and they keep saying they will offer me a voucher in $ for significantly less than half the price of the item. They also insist that I should pay for the return of their goods.
It is quite clear that they feel by just provaricating and ignoring my request, I will eventually go away as there is little I can do. I have reported them to the advertising standards association and the office of fair trading. I would suggest all dissatisfied customers do the same.

I ordered and paid (1/17/20) for two items with express shipping. I reached out to the company on several time (1/19/20 through 2/3/20) because I never received tracking number or item received. Several times I got the same response to give them extra 5 - 12 more days to process. I tried to be patient but I ran out of patient after I continue to reach out to them asking for the tracking number and questioning why it was taking so long after I originally ordered and paid on 1/17/20. So on 2/11/20 I cancel my order and as of today 3/18/20 I never received items, tracking number and now my refund.

Everything on the site looks good and great price but it's just a trick to steal your hard earned money.

So please beware and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
