First time and last time

First time and last time. I made a booking then received a cancellation note, so made it again. Now i need to pay 300 chf of some admin fee. Funny enough even though it was confirmed that it has been cancelled the funds have been taken from my credit card. I hope i will receive them back. I still disagree with the admin fee.

Not satisfied

Our booking was unfortunately cancelled very late without our consent. This was inconvenient as we had jointly booked along with other families.

The customer service afterwards was good and they completed the refund and apologised but our holiday is unfortunately already messed up.
