Beautiful quality blinds. Attentive service.

This is the 1st time that I purchased an electric custom made Luxaflex blind from A & B Interiors. During the height of the COVID19 VIC locked-down last year - I wasn't able to visit the store or have a person come out to complete a measure & quote. So I had to rely on email conversations from Allirah. I had a fantastic customer experience with Allirah, who was so helpful & supportive during the whole process, especially with the number of changes to the quote in addition to a numerous list of questions without any face-to-face interaction. When the restrictions finally eased, I was finally able to get Tony out to my property to finally complete the measurement, so I could finally place my order. I was very happy to have the blind installed just before Christmas.

Really happy with the roller blinds that were installed in my new townhouse recently. Colours and fabric was decided on in the showroom, whilst the house was under construction. I have literally waited years to replace my old window fittings in the master bedroom and lounge room with Polysatin Shutters and it has been worth the wait. I love the aesthetics and the are so easy to keep clean and really lift the rooms.

In the past I've done blinds myself or hired a handyman. There is no comparison. I've never seen blinds work so perfectly, fitted precisely to our windows. The support and service was also great, with good support working out minor issues such as getting the smart home controller working on my home system. The price was much better than the other quotes I got and the result is great. Really enhances the home. Would definitely recommend A & B Interiors to my friends and family!

Very satisfied with the customer experience at A&B Interiors. I wanted to buy both plantation shutters and roller blinds, but wasn’t sure about which rooms to put them in and needed a lot of advice. The team were extremely helpful, drawing up several quotes to help with my decision making. Process from quote through to installation was very smooth and the team were incredibly understanding when I had to cancel part of my order due to a in unexpected change in my budget. We were so lucky we choice Luxaflex, they came when they said they would, and when they installed our curtain and blinds they went through step by step on the installation and how to use correctly. And with the warranty it gives us piece of mind. We could not be happier.

Best kept secret: our new Luxaflex Architella translucent blinds are amazing. Not only do the seem to disappear when the blind is up, the moment that are lowered, the room feels warmer and more intimate. We love the silent motorized system, no messy dangling cords, just quiet, modern elegance.

Excellent service and advice from start to finish.

Quality of blinds good but service not good.
When blinds were finally delivered for installation, they had to be sent back to factory for resizing as they we’re measured incorrectly, so delay in installation.
Communication in office bad as they wanted to deliver them when I had already told them I would be away on holidays.

I thought Luxaflex would be out of my price range but after 4 other companies provided quotes I couldn't believe the price was the same as run of the mill places. So I was able to afford beautiful plantation shutters from a well respected company that I had complete faith in.
