Luxaflex Australia - A Style of Shade Balmain Reviews 

Shutters, blinds and a skylight blind were ordered from Balmain more than 6 months ago. The skylight blind and the shutters arrived and were installed, no problem, but of the other 2 sets of blinds, one was not delivered and the other was the wrong size. I was told they'd get back to me, I heard nothing till I got an email from sales asking why I hadn't paid the remainder owing, and I explained I still hadn't received the blinds. After a bit of toing and froing, it was agreed that I was owed well over $1000 for the blinds I never got, but I'm still waiting. The guy from accounts was apologetic, but I've never heard a word of apology from the sales team.

Excellent product and final install presentation. (Luxaflex Plantation Shutters) Installer was polite but not skilled enough to solo install, I had to question and advise over 4 hour period, another two installers had to assist and numerous phone calls for assistance were made for advice. I did not feel comfortable until the install was over. For a top shelf product and price I feel that the installer should of had a more senior installer with him. I must stress the installer was polite and followed all queries seriously.

After looking at many brands of blinds for our home, we decided the design, quality and beauty of Luxaflex was not only the best - but even better a generous discount was being offered by Luxaflex Gallery Dealers. We attended two and found A Style of Shade Balmain provided good, polite service and a great price. We explained we live in a large house with many windows overlooking the views but needed to keep the outlay realistic. We decided Pirouette shadings allowed us control of the light and privacy yet maintained our view whilst Duette Shades afforded the best privacy and heat insulation in our bedrooms. Mark from: A Style of Shade Balmain arrived punctually at our home to complete the measure and quote. He was a pleasure to deal with and offered lots of sensible practical advice about the advantages of how to install economically and practically and a less expensive Luxaflex shade on some of our windows. We believe the quote we received from Luxaflex Australia - A Style of Shade Balmain would be a sharper quote on comparable comparison with any other Luxaflex Gallery Dealers. The window coverings were efficiently installed on the agreed time, no mess, no fuss and the window shadings are beautiful. Mark was spot on about his suggestions and placement of the shadings. A word about paying the account - no interest payments on my credit card. To their honesty, Rosie from A Style of Shade Balmain contacted me about an error in the pricing - advising me she had recredited my credit card. Thank you Luxaflex Aust - A Style of Shade Balmain team. Now we are giving some serious consideration to some more Pirouettes or Duettes.

Cory and the team are fantastic. We have installed Luxaflex polysatin shutters and blinds throughout our home and skylight blinds in our kitchen. The quality, style and look is fabulous!

I love my new blinds, especially the ability to open them from the top down giving me lovely light and air during the daytime while maintaining privacy. Mark from A Style of Shade was prompt, polite and very helpful with choosing colour and style. They were more expensive than a competitor but much better quality materials and faster so worth it for me.

The Luxaflex products we had installed are exceptionally well made have a Fantastic warranty and work Brilliantly doing exactly what we want them to do!
