From the moment I walked into the showroom all the staff were helpful and more than willing to give advice and organised a time then and there to attend my home to give me a quote which they did promptly within the week and liaised with me for a suitable time and kept in contact on the day.
They prepared the quote and submitted it to me via email that same day - from acceptance of quote and deposit being made the shutters were ordered and being manufactured with an ETA given which was spot on.
The team arrived on the day and fitted the shutters efficiently and were careful to clean up any mess - I was so impressed with how awesome they look I got them to measure my remaining window without a shutter and am now having that made. Cant wait for that to come! Thank heaps for a fabbo products and team

From the initial measure to installation, the service from Albany Curtain Centre was excellent. The finished products are just as we hoped and the advice to have an external blind, has resolved an issue we were having.

Luxaflex possibly has some of the best sales and installation staff down in The Great Southern. From Rod and Haley in the office to Dean and his great installation team it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with Luxaflex. The product is expensive, but then as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. So far we have been very happy with our blinds and the service from the Albany Luxaflex Team. :-)))

The Consultant Rod de Vos, who received my enquiry was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of the products.

He listened to our needs and made suggestions for solutions that we were unsure of.

I received the quote in quick time and was given an eta. and a commitment of install before a certain date as we were on a timeline (of Course :)).

The blinds were installed on time, were exactly what we had ordered and look fantastic.
The quality is great and the price was very fair.

The only let down was that my old blinds were left on the lounge room floor (piled up neatly)

Customer service and quality of workmanship was excellent. I only deal with you for window treatments because I trust you to do a really good job.

The folks at Luxaflex, Albany, listened closely to our needs, made helpful recommendations, and made adjustments to our quote as the need arose due to other external factors impacting our choices.

From the measuring, quoting to installation of our shutters, the whole process was seem-less and fitted our budget perfectly.
Their contact with us along the way from the ordering to installing the shutters was great and the waiting period after ordering to installation was spot on.
When they were installed the guys were friendly, efficient, neat and professional; they even took the old window treatments to dispose of them and filled the holes in the walls from the old blinds! So impressed …. Would recommend Luxaflex products and Albany Curtain Centre - shutters look amazing.

We installed a small shutter in our bathroom with fabulous results. The shutter concealed the colour of
an existing aluminium window, fitted well and looked good. We also installed a larger shutter to conceal the colour of the window, worked very well

Measuring and quoting was professionally carried out, and although the wait for the finished product was as advised at about 6 weeks, the final install was very considerately and professionally handled. We’re very happy with our new verisheers!

Having recently had the Luxaflex Designer series Brio room darkening
Blinds installed and must say I am more than happy with them. Every time I walk into the room it gives me pleasure to see them.

Astounding. The house is completely transformed with the addition of shutters, s-wave sheers, lumishades, brio room darkening blinds and roller blinds (botanics - very beautiful - I'll never have plain blinds again). It took a little while for them to be made but was it worth it? You bet it was. The service was excellent and the products outstanding.

Exactly what we were after, finished product looks great, easy to deal with and at an appropriate price - great job team
