Staff were positive and helpful.
The curtains do not hang correct and for the price it is not good.
Return visit from an experienced fitter found out that there was a problem with the fabric !
He advised that the curtains would be replaced by the company.
Still waiting for confirmation email concerning this situation.

We’ve always had very good service from Chad & his team at Narellan but this time around there were a couple of mistakes made by Apex who never admitted their error. In the end almost all were rectified and we were happy with our new blinds

I give Apex Blinds & Awnings (Narellan), five stars for service, competence and quality of the product. From the moment I met the receptionist at the Narellan showroom, I was confident that I had come to the right business. The next day I received a phone call from a sales rep who arranged to come to my home to discuss what I wanted. Within a few moments I could see that he "knew what he was taking about" and I was able to make the decision to have some plantation shutters and lumishades.A week or so later I began having second thoughts about the lumishades, wondering if they would be sufficient to block out street lights at night. Again full marks to the salesman who showed me the product again in the showroom and encouraged me to see I had made the right decision.Just a few weeks later the plantation shutters and lumishades were installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier - they are everything I had hoped for and more.

I have had a great experience with this company my new plantation shutters are great.

The team at Luxaflex were amazing they were friendly, detailed, prompt, caring, listens to what we wanted and offered best options that worked with out home and budget. The knowledge of products and range of colours, fabrics and designs was of a very high standard. Our sales person had interior design skills which supported colour choice. Congratulations Luxaflex we are so pleased with our end product with professional instal and an excellent service. We love it.

I have purchased blinds from luxaflex in the past and from other brands. The luxaflex are so much nicer and better quality.

This is the second time that I have used Chad to organise my Luxaflex blinds and Bret to intstall the blinds. During both occasions ,they were punctual, friendly,helpful ,professional .I was very satisfied with them .Chad was initially recommended by a good friend of mine .
