The blinds matched the existing ones perfectly and everything went so smoothly.the installer was fantastic and cleaned up the bits of dust he left. Nothing was an issue.

Attentive service initially from the receptionist, booking easy - the measuring and discussion on products - professional and knowledgeable.
Installation and payments within a reasonable time frame, along again with professional installation. Love my curtains, and blinds. All made within Australia.

The staff were very nice and as we had used their services twice before we knew there would be no problem if we needed them to return to adjust the plantation blinds, they had installed.

Steve and his team at the Victor Harbor store gave excellent customer service and the installation of our plantation shutters was stress free, I can't recommend them high enough

I refurbished our holiday home with a mixture of Luxaflex blinds and shutters.

Very professional company. They know their business and are very helpful.
Tradesman also cleaned up after drilling holes and left the area neat and tidy.

We have had all our window dressed with Luxaflex blinds, they have improve the look of each room. the service we received from Betta Quality curtains and Blinds from Steve and Kim was top quality.

Steve was so patient and helpful while I was choosing the most suitable window dressing for my home. Not only was Steve's knowledge of the range of products outstanding, he asked questions and offered advice which made my final decision easy. The blinds I chose came in a range of colors and textures, so there was one that suited the decor of my home. The fact that I live 700k out of town wasn't a problem, I was kept informed of my blinds progress via email and the blinds were ready on time for me to pick up. The finished product, all I can say is perfection, it is amazing how a quality window dressing can change the feel and look of your home.
