We installed Luxaflex shutters to our family room many years ago and it made such a change to the room. The shutters have stood the test of time so we returned to the team for the next installation in our ensuite and bedroom bay window. We are very happy with both the product and service.

Very professional from the first meeting for the quote to the final installation. Couldn't have been happier.

We walked into the canningvale store to see if we could get our blind fixed. They were just so helpful and friendly. We decided to get a quote for new honeycomb blinds. It was no problem for Rod to come to Mandurah and give us a quote. We made up our mind there on the spot to go with them for the new blinds his price was better than Mandurah luxaflex and Rod was pleasant to deal with. Great experience.

The sale ladies were knowledgeable and were able to recommend the right products for our needs.

The shutters are lovely, but the installation was an issue.
I was given a time of 1pm for the shutter installation. The installer arrived at 2:45pm and I had to frantically find someone to pick up my son from school.
At 4:45 the installer was packing up to leave with a silicon gun in his bag and i asked him to please fill all the gaps in the shutter spaces, as i could see the gaps from the front door.
He started getting annoyed with me, telling me he had to leave. I had to plead with him to fill the gaps that were gaping in my shutters.
For the hefty price that I paid for these shutters I was not expecting this at all.
Better time management needs to be arranged for installers to do a better job next time.

Very straight forward from the time we entered the showroom to the actual install. Luxaflex products are the best!

From Rodney the boss man, the girls in the office to installers. No problems and we are more than happy with our purchase. We did have one query and that was regarding the narrow pirouette blind in bedroom.
It has only one blade that opens, we rang the office,
Shannon said she would look into it. When she rang us back explaining the situation
it made sense. With the shutters opening as they do, it looked odd at first but now we have warmed to the look it’s all good.

There was a few small hiccups. However Rod, Shannon and Claire fixed everything without any issues. The blinds look so good. The help and advice was above and beyond. Our journey started with a visit to Blinds Awnings Curtains Canning Vale in search of window treatments for our family area.The staff were friendly and helpful and arrangements were made for a measure and quote to be carried out.
They arrived on time and the advise given was extremely helpful and we then arranged to return to the showroom to choose our material. Once again the staff were very helpful.
Today we had a very pleasant installer arrive with a set of blinds and curtains and the installation was completed in a professional manner and the room left very tidy.
