Great service
Over the last 30 years we have had plenty of bad experiences with manufacturers of blinds, shutters and curtains. While the sales people are ok the installers are never experienced and usually handy men at best.
Mark at Bourkeshire Interiors promised experienced tradesmen, and after learning that Luxaflex had its own installers doing it every day I decided to give them a go.
They did a great job and you could tell they knew what they were doing.
My first good experience with window covering installers.

Good experience with a local Luxaflef dealer
I was wanting new vertical blinds. Mark was very helpful in his suggestions for a colour match with a wall colour. The ordering process was seamless and the blinds were delivered and fitted within a very short period. When I noticed a slight colour imperfection with some of the blades, I reported this to Mark and he got onto Luxaflex immediately. New blades were delivered very soon after.

Love the new awning!
We are very happy with our Luxaflex awning. Mark from BourkeShire Interiors was most helpful and informative with design and fabric selection and kept us informed at all times of the progress of our order. The installers did a first-rate job, being very quick, neat, and efficient, and they found an elegant solution to an issue with the structure of the back of our house that gave us the extra height we needed. We are very glad we chose Luxaflex. This is the second time we have ordered an awning through BourkeShire Interiors, and we would certainly contact Mark again for future awning and blind purchases.

A good investment
Times are hard for households, small businesses and larger suppliers. During Covid19 I decided to consciously support small businesses and moved forward some home improvement projects. Including replacing 11 large blinds (15 foot ceilings). BourkeShire Interiors were smart, informed, had a good eye and were easy to deal with - calm and organised. Luxaflex installers were professional and respectful - accurate installation in an old building, turned up ontime and cleaned up.
It has been a good investment for me. And a good experience with both Bourkeshire Interiors and Luxaflex
