Luxaflex Australia - Carpet One Dubbo Reviews 14

I dropped a 90cm duette luxaflex blind off to Dubbo to be repaired with a broken string on 13 March. Approximately 3 weeks later I contacted and it was still sitting in Dubbo in the same spot. This was send after this. I then contacted again on Monday to follow up to find it was now in Sydney. They then followed up that day with a repair quote of 500 dollars plus courier costs to repair the broken string.

I am delighted with my Silhouette blinds. It was a pleasure to deal with Carpet One Dubbo. The measure up was done promptly and there was no hesitation in driving 40 kms out of town to do so. I called Carpet One Dubbo for a quote and I had someone come and measure and quote that day! I accepted the quote and placed the order. I understand all the Luxaflex blinds are made in Australia and they we delivered on time and expertly installed. I liked them so much I decided to put them in the Granny flat as well. A quick measure and quote and the order was placed. I did not have to be there for the second installation and it was nice to come and see the completed project which I was extremely happy with. Next, I need floor covering for the Granny flat and I will be asking Carpet one Dubbo to help. They are very professional and I would not go anywhere else.

My experience with Carpet One was amazing from my first visit at the store to decide what product to go with to installation. All staff including reception, installers and the boss were very professional and made the whole experience much easier. We love the blinds. Even my husband, who is pretty frugal, was happy to spend the money on such an exceptional product.

After a few hiccups with a wrong coloured blind and then a wrong coloured strip- I would still highly recommend Luxaflex. The quality is amazing and they look fantastic. As we are owner builders- the roller blinds were our first bit of the homely feel to the place. They are great

We installed Varishades on the big sliding door / window of our west facing bedroom. We love them, they are a stylish and practical addition to our home. Our retailer was prompt and responsive with the installation, couldn't be happier!
