My sales consultants (Andrea and Paul) were fantastic from the outset. Came to my new home, looked around and proposed a plan for curtains and blinds that was both stunning and within my budget. They then followed through with prompt response to all my questions, tweaks to the quote, fabric samples to take home for the weekend, and exceptional delivery and installation. Nothing was too much trouble. My friends are also very jealous!

Everything went very smoothly. The installation date was delayed but when it was organised it happened very quickly. The installation was very professional and the installer was very careful and precise. The result was a good looking set of outside blinds. We are very happy with the result.

The team from CBD Blinds Milton were AMAZING! They helped me chose what would work best in my home and offered a great price. They have been so easy to work with - willing to make small alternations to make sure that I was happy.

Our new blinds are great and very happy with them. However the service was absolutely horrendous. After we paid the deposit and accepted the quote there was no response and I had to call to see if they had received the money. The blinds were incorrectly made and had to be remade, which the installer pointed out to us. The manager told me they had sacked him. I think this was to make me feel better after all the bad service but he had done nothing wrong. Three times they didn't get back to me when they said they would, they didn't turn up once when organised and twice they just turned up without letting us know. Then they said that they weren't going to charge me extra for remaking and reinstalling the blinds.

We love our window coverings. We got roller blinds and curtains and they really finish the room off. The automation is also a fantastic feature. The team at CBD Blinds Milton have been great to deal with and followed up on everything. highly recommend.

From the measure and quote through to the installation of the blinds we had a great experience. Everything was explained and advice was given during the measure & quote phase so that we chose the blinds that would best suit our new home.

Chris turned up on time and is very knowledgable and offered some good advice. Measure up was quick and easy. A few weeks later the blinds were installed and they look fabulous and have the rooms have been transformed. Installer also did some quick touch up jobs where the old curtain rails were. This is the second time we have used CBD Blinds and they have been great both times. I would definitely recommend them!
