I have dealt with Chelsea Decor for over 10 years, supplying window dressings for our last 2 new homes. To say we have been absolutely thrilled with everything from sheers, to shutters, to outdoor blinds, it has all been amazing. The service we have had can not be faulted, and nothing was too much trouble for Travers when making suggestions. The selection of products is phenomenal, and I would never deal with anyone else. The Chelsea Decor team were fantastic to deal with. We are so happy with our Luxaflex roller blinds and shears, not only are they a beautiful addition to our bedroom but also extremely functional, keeping our bedroom cool in the height of summer. We have a lounge room facing west and it is extremely hot in the summer. We decided to ask the wonderful guys at Chelsea Decor to install a Luxaflex Duette Blind to address the issue. It was installed perfectly and the difference in room temperature is amazing, it is so much cooler and a pleasure to sit in that room now. The blind is extremely good quality and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Chelsea Decor give an excellent, reliable, efficient and friendly service. Unlike the big companies who contract out to other trades people, they work as a family team. I was very impressed with the prompt and efficient service and friendly manner of Gemma and her staff. Very helpful and helped in my decision on what I was looking for in blinds and curtains for my unit. They all look wonderful in their respective rooms particular the sliding door curtain which is a Luxaflex LumiShade covering. I used Luxaflex duet blinds in my previous home and they were perfect for keeping out the heat and cold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luxaflex which I had done previously to my friends.

The Chelsea Decor staff were friendly and assisted us with all our enquiries.
Our shutters and blinds were measured, quoted and installed promptly as the products are Australian made.

We are absolutely delighted with the Luxaflex blinds and Roman blinds that were recently installed by Chelsea Decor. They provided a very professional service from quoting to installing. Communication was outstanding and the utmost care was taken during installation resulting in a beautiful finish.

I am beyond satisfied with my Luxaflex shutters and the customer service we received from the staff at Chelsea Decor I did a lot of research on quality and benefits of all the different materials available and was very certain I was making the right choice when I placed my order. When they were installed they were so efficient at keeping out the heat on windows that faced full afternoon sun, our bedroom window is not just well insulated against the temperatures but also they reduce the noise when closed. We previously had a sheer curtain over one of the windows and now we can see so much more of our superb view while being able to control our privacy more than ever !
