Excellent service. Prompt attention to detail and extremely helpful when making decisions. I have used this company for many years and they are consistently great.

I contemplated blinds for my floor to ceiling double glazed windows for some time. I was seeking visual as well as thermal improvements. As I was double glazed would I need a high thermal capacity in blinds? I sought advice and assistance from the local supplier of quality Luxaflex blinds. For comparison I also sought a quote from another supplier. I had the honeycomb blinds installed and am ecstatic with the result. Improved aesthetics, great improvement in thermal comfort and easy to operate. My mistake was waiting so long to have them installed.

From the start, communication was fantastic and Sonia was able to answer all of the questions my husband and I had.
All of the staff were professional and helpful (and full of humour).
We are so happy with the curtains and blinds we have installed. So happy in fact, that we will be coming back for more!

Nice although, I think the sample colours need to be in the shade plus the block out colour although I was warned it would be darker. The blockout is so very dark, completely different to what I expected.

The recommended solar fabric, although see through, takes bot the heat and glare on the westerly facing views to the Derwent Sales to installation was seamless and efficent; and product excellent. Ordering, and installation of our blinds were a breeze with HFT Interiors. One of the blinds had a small hole on it, and it was replaced very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased by the customer service in store. I have cathedral ceilings and so my windows are an usual shape. They explained the type of blinds I would need and within a couple of days they were at my house measuring up for a quote. I was very happy with the price as they had a sale at the time and I also received qantas frequent flyer points. The installation went well and I am so happy with the blinds, they're given my house a facelift. 😊

We recently had an accident with one of our TDBU UG Duette Sterling where it was stained with coffee and needed to be replaced as cleaning was not a a viable option.
HFT promptly made a new one for us.
We had 9 blinds to cover all our windows in March 2016 and have been delighted with them and get many glowing remarks especially the lounge with top down bottom up.
We always tell people that Luxaflex are the best if they are in the Hobart area HFT Interiors.

I went into the shop in kingston HFT Interiors and was shown several options then had a home measuring where again several options for my weird old style shaped windows and then helped and advised on colours . I was then sent quotes of my options which I chose after another visit to the shop to view my options and pay a deposit . then an email and a phone call to install my choice but I was sick so another phone call and email from staff and a time was made then a very polite friendly man installed my choice efficiently and professionally a bill and guarantee was given payment was made there and then with a receipt also supplied along with spare blinds . The staff were friendly extremely professional full of great advice regarding my choice and colour very patient with my indecisions, their knowledge that helped me make the choice wich I am more than pleased with. Always in contact via phone and email . They went out fo their way to advise of different choices for my windows which are long, odd width and length and have winders . My windows and room look amazing and I will once I save have my other windows dressed by this company HFT Interiors and use the luxaflex range . This company is a true asset to luxaflex I can not recommend them enough to anyone I met or sees the amazing difference in my house that has been made by my blinds. I was advised on every question I asked or even didnt warmth colour, length , even cleaning in a knowledgeable respectful and friendly manner . Never once did I feel like an idiot for not knowing even where to start . I am soo happy Thank you

I had a great time choosing and arranging installation of our blinds. These were part of alterations and upgrading of our house, and an integral part its design. I really enjoyed dealing with the staff - Tracey, Donna and Michael. I had to change dates for installation a few times and this was accommodated cheerfully. I got really good advice on the types of blinds to choose for different situations and needs.
All round a very nice experience and now we have our beautiful bllnds.

We have now had Luxaflex honeycomb blinds installed in five rooms of our house over the course of a number of years as we have been so impressed with the quality of the product, and each time there have been simple changes to enhance the design.
