Yet again the staff at HFT Interiors have delivered a highly professional service to us, with impeccable efficiency, friendliness, reliability and precision when it comes to the important details of fit and design. We love our new blinds and look forward to making another order soon with HFT.

I received a quote from a Luxaflex supplier, but they said what I wanted wasn't possible. Driving past HFT Interiors, Kingston, (not in my area), I call in and explained what I wanted.
I made an appointment for a measure and quote, at first look, it was going to be difficult but not impossible. I received my quote the following day, Donna came back to double check the measurements, I placed the order and every step towards my plantation shutters being installed was excellent. I would highly recommend HFT Kingston, above and beyond service, 5 stars!!

I'm one of those people who can't imagine what colours will look like until they are actually in my face. Donna brought a heap of samples to my place and help me select my colour scheme.
I didn't feel rushed. She gave me professional advice on which blinds would best suit my house. She even gave me some tips on choosing a paint colour for my walls.
I was having some minor kitchen renovations done and my plumber (Mark Woodhams) was so impressed he asked where I got them from. I took some photos for his wife and referred him to HFT. Last I spoke to him, they'd ordered 11 blinds and were awaiting their arrival and installation.
It was such a stress free experience right from consultation through to installation.

We have just bought a houseful of Luxaflex blinds. Donna could not have more helpful... honest, but not pushy. Michael who came to install the lovelies was ever so polite and tidy in his work. We had an issue with one having a crease in it, but so far Tracey has checked in three times to see if the sun is remedying the situation. So far, these seem great quality and function ever so well.
As for the service - this is the first company in many months who have said they will provide, AND actually have fulfilled that promise - IN fact...EARLIER than we expected.
