Polite helpful and everything you expect when spending over 2,000 dollars on blinds . I was even asked if I had qantas loyalty card and received many points . Great service 👏

From the very beginning staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, taking time to understand our needs and suggesting appropriate products to do the job. On site measurements and assessment were accurate, ordering was simple and installation was exceptional. The product performs as expected and I look forward to ordering other blinds as required.

We have used Luxaflex products now for twenty years, broad Venetian’s, honeycomb blinds and plantation shutters.
Quality materials, thoughtful design and excellent advice. I would not hesitate to recommend both the products and service delivery.Window coverings are their business and they know it well.

While we had chosen the blinds we needed, Dane provided useful advice, was friendly and approachable while also thoroughly professional. He followed with a written quote and that signed on the same day. He also phoned after the blinds were installed to check that all was ok.

The installer was also very professional, experienced, advised us on installation options and also provided useful advise on operating the blinds.

We couldn’t have been happier…still are. Love the blinds!

Decided on the Luxaflex Classic & Living Series - Classic Series Duette Shade in the stylish Black Onyx. These shades added a touch of class to our sunroom. They are so easy to use and the shades compliment our room. The team at Fabrique were so helpful, great customer service.

Needed to replace one blind at a property we were purchasing. Ordered and arranged prior to purchase and installed the day we moved in. On time, friendly sales and great to deal with.

We had just finished building our new home and wanted blinds to compliment and insulate it. It was a fantastic stress free service. Dane came down and did a measure and quote, we were very impressed with his professionalism and experience and it made choosing the right blind easy. The man who came to fit the blinds was equally friendly and helpful and made us feel very confident with the blind system. I was very happy with my experience with Luxaflex. The service both in the showroom and when Guiseppe visited was really good. I did take my time as I wanted to go back to the showroom to check on the fabrics again. There was no pressure from anyone and the quote was sent through quickly. And I loved my blind. It looked fantastic.

The service from Fabrique from start to finish has been excellent. We were treated like a valued customer right from our first inquiry through to Giuseppe’s check measure and the final installation. We were so impressed that we have placed a follow up order for some more blinds, and again the service has been excellent.

Extremely happy with our duette blinds. The professionalism and helpful staff at Fabrique made the experience very worthwhile. Highly recommended.

We had three quotes but the salesman from Fabrique made suggestions and gave advice the other two didn't mention - so they had a head start. Their quote was a little higher than the others but we felt Fabrique knew what they were talking about plus when we phoned back (many times) with further questions it seemed no trouble and they were happy to help. We did have a budget and this meant we decided to have four large double blinds in our living area and a small double blind in the kitchen. We were so pleased with them that within a couple of weeks we had ordered two more (that shot the budget!) for two bedrooms. A special mention for Giuseppe who gave a lot of his time and advise about the best way to fit the blinds in case we want to install double glazing in the future and to the two fitters who arrived on time, did a great job and tidied up after themselves including taking away the ugly venetian blinds that our new blinds replaced. We chose sun-reducing blinds (they do an excellent job in our north facing windows) and blackout blinds in grey marl.

Over the moon with my new blinds. The process of measuring and quote was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Even our scaredy cat came out to say hello.

We received excellent service and advice from our first tentative enquiry about a blind for a troublesome west-facing kitchen window, through to ultimate installation. The staff understood our concerns about the battery being located at the top of the blind and were quick to offer an extension cord option which lowered the battery to an accessible level so that recharging could be managed without needing a ladder. We've been very happy with the flexibility of our duo blind, as it allows us to screen out harsh sunlight at different times of the day, without plunging the kitchen into darkness. We love the clean look of the precise fit of the blind within the window frame.

Fabrique were friendly and professional from the moment we stepped into the store, through to at home measure and quote and installation. On time and professional and a great product. Really happy with our new blinds due to the great advice to find a product perfect for our needs.

Giuseppe and his team were fantastic. Giuseppe came out to us twice to measure and talk honestly through different options available for us, to add window furnishings to our whole house.
