So prompt, so easy and professional experience with Forster Tuncurry Awnings and blinds. I had my whole house fitted out with Plantation Shutters. Waiting time was only a few weeks and all Luxaflex shutters are made here in Australia. The team who installed them were highly professional and friendly. Super experience and will use them again in the future.

Super result - exactly what we hoped for in FTAB coming up with solution to our patio problem with the western sun as the sails we had originally in place just weren't being effective. Sales replaced with drop down blinds and overhead awning - all remote operated.

Greg and Renae from FTAB did an excellent job.

When I contacted the office, the receptionist was very helpful and arranged a time that suited me as I work from home, and while I'm home, I could be on the phone. The sales person arrived at the exact time we arranged and was happy and engaging. We discussed the best colour to suit paint colours and tiles, and he said I'd have the quote by the next day. In fact the quote was sent the same day, so I was able to get the ball rolling quickly. I was contacted when the blinds arrived and another time was arranged for installation. Again the service men were on time and the job was completed within a short time. A seamless experience from start to finish, and much better than another company I'd used prior from the same town. Completely happy with the product.

Very happy with our patio pull down screens. As Christmas came soon after our prompt quote we were advised that installation would be after in the new year and were advised of the date of installation case to that time. Two very pleasant people arrived on time and had it all set up in very quick time and we are very happy with our choice of colour with Greg's advice.
