Promises but no action

4 weeks ago I contacted Luxaflex in Geraldton to organise a quote. Mitch came out to quote and then time passed and no quote arrived. I’ve called their office three times to ask if they could send the quote through and three times I’ve faithfully been promised that they will follow up with Mitch and get him to call me back. Still waiting for that call back!

Worth every cent!

We are renovating our house, so bringing it into this century has been our main challenge while still trying to maintain the original character of the home. The Luxaflex range is definitely a premium product and we didn't anticipate spending what we did. However comparing this against the "equivalent" styles, there was no comparison for the quality and finish and we could not justify spending the money on what would be a temporary measure as it would never look as amazing as the Luxaflex blinds. Choices Geraldton were fantastic to deal with, quality installation and they did what they could on the price to make it more achievable for us. No regrets - you get what you pay for!
