The ease and prompt assessment of what needed to be done was seamless and simple. Our lovely rep provided some great ideas. Our final product after installation is stunning.

Doug and his team provide an excellent service. Very knowledgeable about all products and extremely helpful with providing advice and options for all the interior furnishings in our newly built home.

I think we have now used Nichols to curtain and blind our whole house - even having done some rooms a second time. Very easy to deal with. Quick to respond. Great service all round - and great to deal with even though on the odd job a couple of small issues came up.happily use them again and highly recommend.

Very happy with my duette blinds, purchased from Nichols Interiors. There was a small problem with one of the cords being a little to short, but was very quickly rectified without any fuss.

From the time of booking, the home appointment and the installation of new blinds for my entire house, the whole process was like the blinds themselves: sleek and precise. I'm not sure what I am happiest about more, the quality of the blinds/workmanship or the fact they were installed 2 weeks after the windows were measured and the order processed.

From start to finish this was an enjoyable process ... Kathryn's knowledge of the product was fantastic and the result was perfect. Kathryn sent two different colours which both could have worked... and the time she had given previously meant that she knew my home & decors colour palate. This is the second home I have used Nicholls Interiors and I would recommend them highly.

Good design advice. Timely responses to queries, prompt arrival of pleasant installer. I’d recommend installer brings a small brush and pan to properly clean away dust on benches/windowsills after installation of blinds-not a big deal but a courtesy to leave the owner’s home spotless. Phone call from company to inquire about satisfaction regarding look and installation experience would also be a nice courtesy. So 4/5 not 5:5 from me.

My advice? don't pay Nicholls Interiors in Brighton upfront, because once you do, all care and responsibility stops. I found out that, according to them, removal of all the old awning (or lack thereof) was, and I quote "Point 8" of the quote. There were only 7 points... So then, I get: "it's standard procedure, and I should have known that". I should have known to use another company. My bad. Avoid.

We are very happy with our Luxaflex blinds. They are very easy to operate and give us the privacy we require.They look smart and modern. Installation was done with care ensuring that we were happy with the result.

Nicholls Interiors installed Luxaflex blinds in all three of our homes since 1999 as we have always been extremely satisfied with both the product and service - not only do the blinds block out heat during daytime & light at night in our master bedroom, the blinds of different transparencies in the rest of the house provide the perfect window treatment - the ease of opening/closing with the new wand is also an added feature which differentiates Luxaflex from other brands - the blinds are an essential feature of good interior design which is where Luxaflex stands out - we would not hesitate recommending Luxaflex for any home especially with the excellent partnership of Nicholls Interiors service.

We purchased internal and external blinds for a new house. We are very happy with all of them. They are lovely blinds with smooth mechanism. The motorised ones are nice and quiet and glide up and down beautifuly.

I'm very happy to provide a review of my experience with Kathryn and Doug at Nicholls Interiors. From the first enquiry they were professional, responsive and very approachable. Navigating getting new window coverings in locked down Melbourne was not insurmountable for them and ended up being a stress free experience. My Duette shades arrived earlier than expected and were quickly installed professionally and the installer kindly removed my old blinds and fixtures without any fuss. I love my new window shades and since we have been able to have visitors I get lots of compliments. They were definitely the right product for my need, thanks to Doug's advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicholls for your window shade needs.

Kathryn was timely, personable, professional and very receptive to our needs. The quote was prompt and inline with our budget and the installer did an excellent job. It was wonderful to deal with professionals who knew their products and obviously enjoyed their job. Everyone kept me informed during Covid and everyone turned up at times arranged. The motorised blinds are everything Kathryn promised, and have enhanced our living room and TV watching experience ....we love our new blinds.

THE AWNINGS FOR 2 STANDARD SIZE WINDOWS WERE ORDERD AND PAID FOR IN DECEMBER1920 ANS WERE INSTALLED IN MARCH 21. TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED REQUIRED TELEPHONE CALLS MANY TIMES AND WE WERE EVNTUALLY TOLS THAT THE INSTALLER HAD TAKEN HOLIDAYS WHICH IS THE REASON WE HAD TO WAIT SO LONG. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE TIME FOR THE ELECTRICIAN TO COME.
I WAS ALSO DISAPPOINTED AT THE DYNAMICS BETWEEN THE SENIOR AND JUNIOR INSTALLER.

We love our new Luxaflex duette blinds. It is a big investment and we could certainly have spent less, but the quality is worth it in our opinion.

A new sheer blind was installed with a minimum of fuss. Looks great and still allows lots of light and privacy at the same time.

Great product and great team for measure and installation with Nicholl's Interiors

I asked Nicholls Interiors to match a luxaflex blind I'd purchased from them ten years ago. They did! Experience was seamless and so is the blind :) Smooth, quiet and unobtrusive yet effective. I can highly recommend Nicholls Interiors and Luxaflex.
