Mark Mullins from Blinds, Awnings and Shutters in Port Macquarie, was just so helpful. He explained clearly the options available, gave us the pros and cons, and advice on what would best suit our location. He came out several times while we were constructing to take measurements and to go through the options again. The installation of the 3 blinds was on time, and done professionally, including the clean up. We were shown how to operate the remotes, and how to maintain the blinds. They assured us that if there were any problems, not to hesitate to call. There was a slight adjustment required, and true to their word, they came out promptly to fix the issue.
We couldn’t be happier. The product works well and does the job we wanted, and the installation and service has been excellent.

Entrance into their showroom was lovely, right from the start, a warming friendly smile, nice ambiance.... showed me my options! Result - Ordered my beautiful shutters and they are up, beautiful, love them!

The rep was informative and gave good advice. Showed us a good range of blinds. The Installation was smooth and quick. The quality of the blind is excellent, great materials and well made.it is exactly right for our sliding door system.

The main thing that made the experience so great was Mark, the salesman/consultant. He was always pleasant, on time, honest and knowledgeable. The man that fitted the blinds was also great, with his attention to detail. Aside from that, I am so happy with the products that I have installed so far - two roller blinds and the lumishade, good looking and do the job. I am still waiting on some plantation shutters, which are taking a while due to an extra large window with some geometrical issues

This organisation is totally professional; they arrive on time and keep customers up-to-date with their orders. Product is great and installation was perfect.

Our experience with Luxaflex at Port Macquarie from start to finish has been excellent. From meeting Anne at the showroom and Brian when he came to measure our windows, their service and knowledge has been impressive. They both really know their products and offer a range of options for your window furnishings. Our Luminettes and Wave Curtains are beautiful and well made and the right application to meet our needs. We had other quotes which may have been a little cheaper, but the quality was nowhere near what Luxaflex had to offer. Would highly recommend as they are a quality product.

The service we received from the local team has been great and we are delighted with the quality and style of the finished products.

We just love our pirouettes and blinds from Luxaflex purchased through Port Macquarie Hastings Blinds Awnings Shutters. Steve and Anne were very helpful and made everything so easy. We can't thank them enough. We plan to have the pirouettes in our bedroom also, that's our project for 2022.
