As I was unsure about sizes, the first step was painless with several suggestions. They were very clear about what to expect with the finished look. When the blinds arrived, the staff went out of their way to substitute someone to fill in for a worker off on Covid. We are thrilled with the result and enjoy putting them up and down and hoping for a dry sunny day to really test them out.

My order was delayed a little with manufacturing from the Luxaflex Factory however the Team at QiShades gave me updates throughout the time I placed my order up until the time it was ready. I phoned on a few other occasions to get further information with each time the Staff being accomodating.

Also would like to mention the Installers were on time, quick and efficient and left no trace of dust behind. I’m very happy with my Awning and can’t wait to use it this Summer!

I live in Northbridge and have been going to this shop for the last 10 years upon being recommended by a Designer and have always had a good experience.

Excellent service all round. Agent arrived on time to give us the quote then followed up. Installation was on time and very professionally done.

My painters recently damaged the bedroom blind and I needed a replacement. I originally purchased the blind in 2018 and Qi Shades were able to retrieve the details of my original order and provide a prompt quote for a replacement. Everything was very smooth and I can't recommend them enough. Brilliant customer service, thanks David :)

I placed a considerable sized order and paid deposit late November 2021. Check measure was done by Kelly on 14th December and despite phone calls to Kelly, none of which were answered, an email not responded to and a visit to the showroom on 25th January when I was advised that Kelly would phone me at 5:30 that evening, NOTHING! Terribly disappointed with lack of communication, VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

We recently had some outdoor blinds installed and an awning reskinned. We are very happy with the result. Mark was very knowledgeable from the start and was a great help with helping us choose the best solution for our position. Michelle in the office was also very helpful.

We were very excited to order the Luxaflex Silhouette after looking at all of the reviews and was willing to pay a very high premium for it. However, it falls below our expectation. Maybe it was mismatched expectation for our needs. We have a very bright area and wanted to soften the brightness when the afternoon sun comes right in. However, now when you close the Silhouette it is even more brighter than having the blinds up. So it defeats the purpose.

It does however soften the burn from direct sun so that is good. The brightness is the issue. Obviously we do not want block-out blinds however something to further dull the tone. These products are available for a fraction of the cost. The main reason for the average mark is the cost versus reward issue for us.

Our recommendation is to take a piece of the material and first check to see if it works before spending significant $.

Fabulous service - yes we are in Sydney and in lockdown Luxaflex were able to come through our back area measure up and arrange our blind - extremely fast and efficient. Best thing for you to all know their products are made in Australia so no waiting time and supporting Aussie products. Very happy with the service and people along the way Libby Smart

I recently ordered 8 Luxaflex Duette Shade Blinds from Kelly at QiShades. Kelly was responsive with all my requests and made the process effortless. There was a problem with one of the blinds not fitting but this was replaced with ease. Given my experience I highly recommend QiShades.

I ordered a white kitchen blind. It was measured and quoted and then check measured. The following occured.
1.The installer came with a black blind of wrong dimensions.
2.The installer came 2 weeks later with a white blind wrong dimensions again and a missing fitting.
3.The installer came for a 3rd time today with a white blind but missing the end wall attachment.
4. A fourth attempt will be made tomorrow.
I am extremely disappointed at the inability to provide me with a simple white blind. Having paid in advance I have had no means of compensation. It is disappointing that no apology or explanation has come from the store manager. It is also quite inconvenient to be waiting at home 4 times for one job.
I chose Luxaflex thinking I was guaranteed quality and efficiency. Clearly there is a systemic problem between the store and the factory.

We absolutely love our Pirouette blinds - they offer the perfect blend of the shutter look, but with the softness of a blind and the ability to fully block out, fully open or to open similar to a shutter. Our experience with QiShades Northbridge was fantastic, Kelly was very responsive to our needs, the quotes were provided quickly and the products came in ahead of schedule. Installation was also seamless. We would highly recommend Pirouette blinds and QiShades Northbridge.
