This year our Noosa home is being improved with Luxaflex products, through Serene Blinds.
From an efficient Showroom, to knowledgeable staff, to wide choices and helpful suggestions; our initial experience was excellent. We were impressed with the strength and quality of their Motorised screens, the different colours and finishes available, with small solar boxes so no need for an electrician. We had these installed at the front and rear of our home, across double sets of windows. Blocking out unwanted glare, stopping insects, and giving extra security-brilliant solutions which look streamlined and modern.
Rene and Mike worked well together to remove our complicated old shutters, installed the new calmly, and cleaned up afterwards. These have worked quietly and perfectly these past few months. We highly recommend Luxaflex products from Serene Blinds, and we will be purchasing other window treatments from them in the near future.

We cannot recommend them highly enough. We love our curtains, blinds and shutters; they are of exceptional quality and would not hesitate to use them again, and again...

Apart from supply delays, very satisfied with product and service. Second house we have used Luxaflex awnings. Quality durable product. very happy so far. Installers and sales people were very polite and accomodating.

Everything was great, from our initial contact with the showroom staff, to the measure/quote and final installation. The staff were friendly and helpful, the install very professional and the end result (Lumishade blinds and outdoor awning) is absolutely stunning. Couldn't be happier, and we'll be back for further products once our reno's are complete.

I am absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new plantation shutters and blinds. They are just perfect. Everything was so easy and the process was so smooth right from the beginning. Could not have been happier with my experience. The job entailed some awkard high windows and the installers were very efficient - nothing was a problem! Also, the waiting time for the installation was shorter than expected. The end result is beautiful, perfect in every way.

We did obtain a few quotes, and took advice on what might best suit our needs. Our decision to go with Luxaflex was based mainly on quality of the products. Installation ease was also important and when completed the product in place met our expectations. Installation was completed on time and without any issues. We had been a Luxaflex customer over 10 years back and those products continue to serve their purpose and the quality is still on display.

From the initial phone enquiry to the installation the service was excellent. The staff and the product are 5 star.
