What a transformation! I recently renovated my home and now have the most amazing, sheer, curtains and plantation shutters installed. They look fabulous.
The measure and quote was painless, friendly and fast. the standout though, beyond all else, was the installation. Troy, Ben and team were just so far beyond expectation. They were brilliant. An eye for detail and pride in their work that was striking. They stayed for hours making sure it was perfect. I would use no one else in the future and unreservedly recommend Shades of Pittwater to anyone seeking the best.

We had very specific requirements. Having sent a job brief to numerous suppliers of shades the team at 'Shades of Pittwater' stood out from the crowd. Fast response to my initial contact, a comprehensive site visit with a detailed scope and proposal from Jonathan. A visit by the engineer to make sure things are built correctly was very much welcome. With limited stock and slow logistics Sophie kept us informed all the way and did everything she could to get the shades fitted quickly. The instal team were great and paid attention to detail. The final result is fantastic and we will be using the team for our poolhouse that is in progress. I have already refered the team to friends seeking similar products in the area. In short, very happy.

We couldn’t speak anymore highly of Luxaflex - Shades of Pittwater. From the moment they came out to give us a quote, to organising the measure, keeping us updated, and the installation was first class. We invested in 3 large rooms and had curtains and shutters installed throughout. Beautifully made, and definitely makes a huge difference to our home. We can’t fault them on any part of the experience.

We have been unable to adequately use the laundry facility that had been built in as part of our large aged-care bathroom. Opening the double fold doors, gave "access" to the front-loading washing machine, the dryer above it, and the laundry-tub beside this double unit, BUT the full use of the facility was prevented by the amount of space taken up by the folded double doors on each side. On one side, this loss of width totally prevented us from using the tub, and on the other side, when fully opened the double doors turned off the wall-mounted light switches.
Now,the single Luxaflex blind, that beautifully replaces the two full-height double doors, when opened,gives 100% access to each piece of laundry equipment, allowing normal operation, without any loss at all.
This improvement can be fully appreciated only by folk like us, who have spent over 6 years putting up with the previous limitations. Luxaflex's product, presentation and staff have fully met every expectation.

We purchased two folding arm awnings for our large penthouse apartment balcony, and Luminette curtains throughout the rest of the property. Whilst this was not the cheapest solution available, we believe it will create the luxurious look and feel we are wanting perfectly. Jonathan Pretty, at Shades of Pittwater, was most helpful during the process of choosing colours and fabrics. He is very professional, never pushy, and always the perfect gentleman. We would not hesitate in recommending him.

One of my timber venetian blinds was damaged from a hail storm and to my delight, some 20 years since I first purchased my Luxaflex blinds, Marita arrived at my door to provide a quote and measure up, the same sales person I had all those years ago!

The blinds have stood the test of time, and only needed replacement as a hail stone came through the window, breaking the glass, and two of the slats. It was reassuring to have Marita attend my home once again.
