Within a day of installation of our Lumishades, the top end material became unattached. The installers were great & fixed the problem promptly by replacing the double-sided adhesive tape. However, this problem happened again a few days later on the other curtain. Once again the installers were prompt in their response.

Enjoyed dealing with Shutters N Shades when purchasing/installing a Luxaflex Duette blind, also supply & instillation of custom made curtains for 2 x glass walls.
Greg Cowley did a great job during the measure, his attention to detail as in level floors etc was exceptional, quite reassuring. Greg also steered us through an issue we had with curtain rail systems & colour/fabric, firstly looking interstate then sending us to fabric supply Showroom "ZEPAL" where we were royally looked after by showroom manager Marcel Pumplun.
Greg is also about to replace a crank drive in an older Luxaflex EVO cable guide exterior blind at what i would rate a very competitive price.

Excellent customer service from Greg, who came out to give a quote and advised on the options available for my Luxaflex Duette blinds. Greg's advice was honest and practical and the pricing was reasonable. Greg also liaised with my electrician for the single motorised blind that I chose.

The only issue I encountered was on installation day, when the motorised blind had already been installed, and my electrician called me to say that the cord was on the wrong side. I called Greg, who explained that some products could only be made a certain way and that he had allowed for this by providing an extension cord. If this had been communicated at the start I would not have had to make 5 phone calls between the installer, my electrician and Greg. This is the only reason for a 4 star review, as I otherwise appreciated the professionalism in all other aspects, from quotation to post-installation follow-up.

We would like to thank Greg and his team for a great end result we are extremely happy with our electric blinds and home automation system thanks again. I would recommend Shutters n shades to anyone looking for a high quality blind and install.

Greg was a pleasure to deal with. Knew all about the verti blinds that we chose and helped with the right colour selection. The installer did a great job and the blinds look great and make a huge difference.

Very happy with my new Verishades and Roller Blinds. They arrived at the given time and were very well installed.
