Felt the quality having had blinds previously . Plantation shutters also very good .Advise and installation very smooth process .

Very pleased with the overall results.

We are delighted with our shutters & veri-shades. They not only look great but are really good at controlling the light and keeping the warmth in during winter (we close them when we turn the aircon on and once the room heats up we turn the aircon off and it maintains the temperature much better than if we left the shutters & veri-shades open). We also like how easy they are to clean and that we can easily remove them to clean.

David was great during the whole process and they were ready in only 3 weeks and installed prior to us moving in.

When we decided to have Plantation Shutters installed, we were advised to give Simply Smarter Blinds, Tea Gardens a try. We are so glad we did. Nothing was too hard, the service was excellent and the end result has transformed our whole house.

The initial delivery of our blind had suffered some damage in transit. David Bright our supplier determined that the blind should be returned to the factory and a replacement be supplied. The delay in replacement was minimal and installation was to our complete satisfaction both in respect of the goods and the workmanship of the installer. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.x

I was told my block out blind had a frame all around for 100% block out. It was installed without a bottom frame. This leaves a concentrated beam of light through.... I had to request the bottom frame and was asked for the final instalment and am still waiting for the bottom frame, months later.

Not the quality of our old Luxaflex blinds.Do not hang properly.
