From the initial visit to the showroom to the final installation, Jocelyn Craig and the crew were 100% professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the materials I selected was not up to Luxaflex standard and this was changed without question before installation. I am happy to recommend their products and services without reservation.

The initial consultation was very professional and friendly. Various options were provided for our choice of Shutters and Verticals,
We decided on Plantation Shutters for windows and Vertical blinds for the sliding doors. We have found, surprisingly, that the shutters keep out more light than we expected which should be good on a summers day.
The supply and installation was ahead of the expected time and again the installer was efficient, helpful and friendly.
All in all our experience engaging Luxaflex went very smooth and the price was Not the lowest but competitive, We ended choosing quality over price.

The supply and installation of our 3 awnings at Mermaid Beach was seamless. The professionalism of Craig and his staff makes dealing with "Tomorrows Home Environment" a very pleasant experience where nothing is a problem, even with difficult installs like this one 4 storeys up on the beach.
Our company will definitely be getting the team from Tomorrow Home Environment back for all our future projects as you cant fault the service and follow up customer care from a great local company on the Gold Coast.

We have just had Luxaflex replace all the venetian blinds we have in the upstairs and downstairs of our house. The process was so easy and at all times you felt you were being cared for extremely well. The choice and quality of the materials were excellent, as was the workmanship. We believe we got really good service and value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Apart from a bit of a mix up with measurement of one of our 3 blinds to be installed, everything went very well. We love our automated blind in our bedroom. We wake up and press the remote and enjoy our beautiful view without having to get out of bed.From the shop to the boys who measured and installed, everyone was very polite and helpful. I don't know where to start, not one part of the process went well.

Even though significantly more expensive than other comparable options, we went with this business because we were told to expect a 2-3 week wait at most, which was shorter than others.

After 3 weeks, I contacted the business and was told that the blinds had arrived the week before, and that an installer should contact us. It took a follow up phone call every day for a further week, before an appointment was even scheduled.

Installer arrived, 2 of 4 blinds had been measured incorrectly, so then had to wait another week for these to be re-made and then installed. Another roller blind had no cord safety/guide installed, another set were not installed straight, and another set of roman blinds didn't cover the window - which is apparently normal to have to wait months for them to gradually lengthen and cover the window (not sure why this was only the case with one set of our romans, rather than both. I'm presuming another measurement error).

Throughout the process, there was more attitude than concern or apology, and no communication at all (every contact was initiated by myself). Even if my life depended on it, I couldn't think of a single positive comment to make. When this is all you do every day, you'd think you could at least get the measurements or installation right?

After spending $10k for blinds for 4 bedrooms, I would definitely say go elsewhere, even Bunnings or online, as aside from the difficulties during the process, the quality of the finished product doesn't exceed other options significantly more cost effective.

After living in our brand new house for a number of months without blinds we have experienced how much heat can come through the windows. Since having Luxaflex blinds installed, you can definitely feel the difference in temperature and how much heat they keep out.
Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Great service and easy to deal with and went out of their way to get them right.

Firstly the Luxaflex internal blinds and external awnings that we purchased are all of the highest quality, extremely functional and aesthetically very pleasing. These three elements were all critical to us in the design and construction of our new, modern home.
Secondly the service we have received from Craig and Jocelyn and the installation team has been excellent at all times.
I would highly recommend Luxaflex and specially Craig and Jocelyn for anyone wanting high quality and great service.
