All the blinds were ordered as block out, translucent were installed. The rep, Jordan, tried to blame me and said I had ordered the wrong blinds. His office then confirmed they priced, and I had paid for block out, and they would correct the issue. After many weeks some of the blinds were replaced. Two blinds were left as translucent, yet despite confirming I had paid for block out Tweed Coast refuse to provide any credit or refund for the difference in cost. They are now trying to say that I only ever paid for the translucent, which they have previously confirmed is not the case. I would buy Luxaflex again but never through Tweed Coast and Security.

Always friendly and professional. They know their products well and what will work to be the most practical solution.

Very pleased with Derek and his crew including Jordan. We did not think that we could have any sort of roof or covering on that balcony but we are thrilled with "Clay". That is the retractable roof's nickname. I guess when the summer is here we will have lots of visitors so we will be telling everyone who was responsible for our amazing roof. We will stay in touch. Beautiful results adding value to our unit. The quote was high but the quality products explained. The measurements taken were exact, even allowing for my height to have lower blind raising mechanism. The installation was well executed by lovely fellows. We now enjoy our window treatments.

2months ago Tweed Coast Security and blinds installed an outdoor blind for us. The product delivery and installation was quick and seamless. We had a slight issue where the blind was rolled up too high and came out the zip line but with a single phone call Tweed Coast Security & Blinds were there first up the very next day to resolve the issue. Luxaflex is a fantastic product which we are considering installing another outdoor blind on a western deck and Tweed Coast Security and Blinds have been wonderful to deal with and we keep going back to them this is our forth batch of products from them.

I am all for supporting a fellow local business, however these guys make it so easy and always follow through on promise and quality.

We've used Tweed Coast Security & Blinds for external and internal blinds and awnings. Their sales lady is terrific. They've always made and delivered the product on time and their installation team is meticulous. We can't fault them and have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody in the area. Its also great to be able to support a local business that has really excellent customer service.

From the office showroom floor to measuring and installation all of the staff were professional, friendly and offered great support. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. Thanks Tweed Coast blinds!

Replaced my old kitchen roller blind with new Luxaflex roller blind and I have a new car feel to my Kitchen at a minimal cost and I got so many brownie points.

Out of 8 Verticals that were ordered and installed, 2 were installed on the wrong windows, we then had to wait approximately a week for the verticals to be corrected. Upon further inspection of another window one of the support arms had been installed the wrong way, thus we could only slide the blind about halfway. We now have been waiting 3 weeks for a new track to be delivered and installed. Not very impressed.
