From walking through the door of the showroom through to having our new window furnishings installed was an easy, enjoyable and fun experience.
Customer service absolutely brilliant, the installer was first rate.

It was easy considering a team member was unwell. A company representative stepped in and quoted. The installer visited and measured. In a short time blinds were ready and extremely well installed. Very happy.
One note though, the removed blinds are to be sold through our local OpShop but the installers did not leave the brackets necessary to install the blinds. Is it possible to pick up two sets of brackets?

With all the worry re getting quote and good service we found from quote measurements and checks Wall to Wall met all our needs. Each team were on time, helpful with suggestions and polite.

The sales assistant at the shop was extremely helpful understanding and able to give relevant information and knowledge.
The person who came to measure the windows was also very knowledgeable and informative, helping with colours etc.
The installer and helpful and agreeable. It seems everybody in the team is happy.

We are really impressed with the quality of the blinds, curtains and the service we have received! From the admin staff to the consultant to the installers - everyone we met along the way has been knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. We will definitely come back in future if we need to! I highly recommend them.

We ordered Luxaflex Duette Shades with a sheer fabric to replace our old sheer curtains.

We got them in a variety of sizes from small (bay window) to very large. They warned us that our largest was beyond their comfort zone and the cord may be problematic if we raise it regularly. They were in either full, partial or covered sunlight.

First up, I would say they are lovely blinds and look great when first installed. The fit inside the window frame makes them a much better option that the roller blinds - and look much nicer as well.

The problem with the blinds however mean that I could not recommend buying them except in very limited circumstances:
- The blinds in full sunlight split after a few years - despite them not being raised/lowered regularly.
- The blinds in the bay window, despite being quite small, break their cords on a regular basis. Whilst this was covered during the warranty period, it's still a pain - and of course we're now outside warranty.

So if you have windows covered by a balcony and don't need to raise the blinds regularly, they are lovely. In all other circumstances I'd avoid them.

Oh, and strangely enough - the very large blind that they were worried about is under a balcony has been fine. On rare occasions we raise it by hand so as to not stress the cord.

Great support from Ashin and the team at Wall T Wall Window Furnishings. Very helpful in stepping us through the selection process in a non-pressure environment. Installation dates were met as planned, and work was conducted in a professional and efficient manner. Very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate in recommending Wall T Wall Window Furnishings to others.

We have used wall-to-wall at Nunawading twice for Venetian blind and they have been fantastic. Ashwin and Helen are so helpful nothing is too much trouble. Their showroom is beautifully presented and you feel that it’s a truly professional company to deal with.

The installation went smoothly. Tradesmen arrived on time and were prepared. They were all very pleasant and efficient. Is not 5 stars because some awkward cleaning up (ie I need a ladder to reach the area) was left. I think it was simply forgotten as , although can be seen, it is not on immediate view.
Overall very happy.

We are extremely pleased with the installation of our luxaflex duet blinds for our bedroom.
We had Venetian blinds and were looking for a solution that retained the venetian blinds but provided for an additional blind for each window that could link with these but provide blockout privacy and noise reduction.
We were unsure whether this could be done but Ashwin and his staff assessed our needs and came up with the perfect solution- low profle duet blinds that blend perfectly and give flexibility,privacy and decor.

I have dealt with Luxaflex Australia _ Wall T Wall Window Furnishings for some years, after fitting the window coverings at my previous home, it was only the first choice to have the same again. Sue, the Sales Rep who came to the house was very professional and her ideas good. There was a problem with the pelmet box over the window which looked like I would not be able to have the curtain because of the size of the blind. Sue suggested putting the curtain on a wire instead of rod, I was not sure about this! When I went to the store the following day to look at some other blinds the staff told me that my problem had been discussed that morning and they thought it could be done. Andrew, the installer, came to install the blind bringing the wire for the curtain and I was very happy when the blind and the curtain went on the window, great result.

We have just had our final installation of some shutters and blinds for our new renovation. Although it has taken quite some time, the final solution for very difficult picture windows has finally been completed and we are thrilled with the result!

We had a couple of companies come to quote this bespoke job and one company said they couldn't even do it! Ashwin's recommendation for shutters as a solution has really made this a focal point for our master bedroom as well as being a practical solution for a very tricky window.

A couple of things did go astray, but Ashwin's perseverance to deliver this job to a high standard was exemplary.
