Wonderful and seem less experience throughout with Windo Greensborough. Francesca was excellent and accomodating even when she had to come over more than once until I could be absolutely sure of the choice of Color and type of blinds. Perfectly installed and appreciate the follow up as well to confirm everything went as per plan.

The woman who came to measure up was great - really helpful. Installation was smooth and the product is very good indeed. The blinds really elevate the look of the room. My only quibble is that it took forever getting samples and, honestly, in the end I settled for an easy option rather than push to be sure. I suspect we could have made a better choice of colour and for this price it would be nice not to have that niggle.

Really happy with the finished product - Luxaflex dual roller blinds and bonded pelmets. Look great and lots of care taken with the measurements and installation so they sit perfectly.

I was extremely nervous about the selection of our blinds given it's such a big investment. After a number of appointments with other manufacturers, the difference in quality of Luxaflex was obvious once we attended the Greensborough showroom. Linda was helpful when providing the initial quote and Francesca has been an absolute delight to work with, ensuring I was happy and comfortable with the fabric selections and colour. We had our blinds installed this week and I'm really happy with the result! The duette blinds look better than I expected and will no doubt keep us more comfortable this winter!

We found the staff at Luxaflex very approachable and friendly. They had a professional approach and were not "pushy". What we especially liked is that they knew their products well and were able to provide excellent advice and reassurance as to "how their products would look like" not only displayed in the shop but also how they would suit our home whilst in our home. We are happy to recommend Luxaflex products and also the lovely folk down in greensborough.

If you intend getting roller blinds make sure your window frames are straight - have them checked with a spirit leveler. One of my windows was not straight so the roller blind in this room sits a bit crooked. The other blinds I had installed are all good, no issue with them.

The consultant came and measured up for two new semi transparent blinds to match the existing Luxaflex blinds in the same room. The blinds were to cover two double opening bi-fold doors on to a balcony. I picked them up and installed them myself. It was easy to do and they fitted perfectly. Very happy.

We are return customers! Everything about the service was excellent. We really appreciated the detailed consultation. The installation was efficient. And the blinds are amazing! Thank you so much.
