The team at windo are very professional and knowledgeable. We have used this company several times in the past for small jobs. Most recently it was to fit our whole house when we moved. Francesca walked us through the most practical ways, given our space, to create maximum block out. She guided us on aesthetic choices, helping us bring the rooms together with other features. They worked within our budget and helped us find recycled / oeko tex certified products to minimise internal VOCs. The manufacturer made several mistakes and the blinds needed to be re-sized twice. Francesca and her team jumped in quickly to try and resolve as soon as was possible. Zac, the installer, is professional, a problem solver and installed the blinds and curtains beautifully.

Excellent range of products and first class service from Emily and Andrea and all the team at Windo in Hawthorn. Our new apartment faces west and the Duettes are a game changer in terms of summer afternoon livability and match nicely with the Pirouettes. Not the cheapest product on the market but worth it in terms of style and quality.

I have been satisfied from the beginning- during Covid 19 Lockdown _ when my email enquires were answered, followed by helpful in-store advice, valuable expertise with measure and quote, and expert fitting and follow up service. All members of the team are experts in their field and demonstrate a high level of professionalism. They were knowledgeable and experienced, and I felt supported every step of the way.

I was delighted with the consultation, the timing, the regular updates and the installation. I am delighted with the blinds. My only disappointment was that my old blinds were not removed by the installer and I have been left to do this myself.
