The boutique has found a limited edition bag that will be sold out all over Europe! The delivery was made within the agreed time frame.

Very responsive/ courteous…

Very responsive/ courteous representatives. Exceptional effort was successful in locating a set of Prada earrings I wanted but were sold out everywhere it seemed. The earrings were expediously shipped/ delivered from an overseas to my USA location. I am very pleased with the earrings and the customer service received. I highly recommend Lux Afrque Boutique.

The best experience ever

Listen, i was very apprehensive, therefore I did quite a bit of due diligence. I called their number listed online outside of their business hours, I got a call back a short time later from Alex. From that moment on, Alex took me by the hand, gave me real peace of mind, handled my transaction, and got me my Louis Vuitton shoes and sunglasses within a matter of days out of London to the United States. Alex did exactly what he was supposed to do—he was honest. What I wanted to purchase from Louis Vuitton was sold out in the United States, that’s when I found this company online. Alex told me both products were in stock in London, and that if I wanted to purchase them, he would assure that I would soon receive them in a matter of days. That is exactly what happened. They even sent me a video of my Louis Vuitton broker picking up the sunglasses and shoes from the Louis Vuitton store. It was great. I highly recommend using this company if you are led to them. They were a last resort option for me because again the products were sold out in the United States yet this company was able to get them for me out of London. Thank you to your entire team for first giving me peace of mind, and then making my experience doing business with you, exceptional.

Beware of this company

Beware. This company has canceled my order and refused to refund the money. I am now filing disputes with my credit card company and PayPal. They refuse to respond to emails. Do not order from them.

UPDATE: My credit card company just updated me that they have reached out to Lux and that Lux has not responded. “ Nancy.
We wanted to provide you an update on your dispute for the $694.76 transaction with PAYPAL *LONDON - we reached out to this merchant but haven't heard back.” This doesn’t really seem like a company that has a priority on doing the correct thing.

We replied to your emails on 8 Oct 2025 at 02:14 and 10 Oct 2025 at 22:02, confirming our automated PayPal refund process and that you experienced a PayPal technical issue we were investigating.

Because a PayPal dispute is now open, PayPal controls the refund and will reimburse you in line with their buyer protection policy.

We take service and refunds seriously and dispute the statement “do not order from them.” We use PayPal precisely because it protects customers if an order isn’t received or satisfactory.

Please share your order number and PayPal transaction ID via account@luxafrique.com so we can attach evidence to your PayPal case and monitor it to completion.

Fantastic experience

I had the best experience. I received a call shortly after placing the order with the kindest, most helpful person. We discussed my order, including any back up options in the event the product couldn't be located. I had searched for weeks for my size in a particular Prada pump, which was impossible to find.....and....she found them! This business has stellar customer service, support and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Never use Lux again based on my personal experience.

Ordered calendar 9/8. Still have not received.
9/28. No package
Requested Refund. It was refused.
Order new calendar direct from Harrods. It arrives tomorrow. They can get it through, smooth as silk.
PayPal has been no help so far.
Will go to Chase Bank, they’ve always been helpful in the past.
Let’s be fair. The shipper requested information you pointed out he had on page three of the shipping documents. In my opinion, either the shipper is not supplying what customs wants or is it possible you haven’t supplied all the required information?
This order is from 9/8 and progress for THREE WEEKS.
Again, facts are important. I ordered from Harrods & received calendar in 6 days. You and shipper sent me a bill for $93+ for customs fees. I replied I wasn’t paying any more money to you and no longer needed package. You replied package couldn’t be released without payment. Suddenly, without my paying your demand for fees, the package is released. Explain how one day I had to pay fees and the next day package is released. I’ve told you repeatedly if you attempt to deliver, I would refuse.

In this case, the hold-up occurred at U.S. Customs, which is a government-controlled process outside of both FedEx’s and our direct control. We have a record of the delay and it clearly shows the above.

From the beginning, we have maintained constant communication with you and continued to put daily pressure on the relevant departments to help move your shipment forward. All documentation was filed by FedEx at the outset, but Customs requested certain information again, which unfortunately prolonged the clearance process.

We do feel this rating is unfair, as it does not reflect the level of service we have provided throughout. You have ordered with us previously and received your parcel on time, and this isolated delay was purely a Customs issue rather than a reflection on our brand or commitment to our customers.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to improving our handling of shipments like these to make the process smoother in the future.

We had the item in stock and ready to dispatch, but perfumes and fragrances are classed as dangerous goods by couriers such as DHL and FedEx, which meant we encountered some delays arranging safe shipment.

Throughout this period, our team kept you updated on progress, and your item has since been dispatched and is on its way to you.
