LuxairTours, this is what it’s like currently:
1-2 hours: Check in your luggage around 7:30 PM the day before to avoid the completely mixed-up crowd in the early morning.
2 hours: Wake up at 4:00 AM for a departure at 6:00 AM.
1-2 hours: Wait 1-2 more hours at Findel Airport because of the now increasingly common “delay.”
6-8 hours: After 2-3 hours of flight, still sit for another 4-5 hours in the hotel lobby because the room is not ready.
Total: 10 to 14 hours. At that point, you might as well just fly straight to Zhengzhou (China) … or even further away.

The worst Holiday experience in my life. With the family we booked a Holiday package for a Hotel advertised as "modern 4 star" in the LuxairTours catalogue, but once there discovered it was so dirty and disorganised not sure it was even a dirty 2 stars. The worst was to come, with LuxairTours managing unprofessionally our claim, we had to pay extra for another accommodation not reimbursed, and they provided us justifications such as "it's because you have chosen a Promotional package ". All good until you have a problem. From that moment, you are abandoned. They don't care about the diservices caused to their Customers. We will procced legally. Not recommended at all!
