Great ,Honest ,Helpful If your people makes a subscription plan for QUANT (not complete bundle plan) will be more useful other wise make it PAYMENT OPTIONS in INR also so that Lux algo market will expand like any thing Earlier also QUANT made simple indicator just in seconds Think QUANT (Exclusive Subscription)/PAYMENT OPTION in INR.

The company honored its refund policy

The company honored its refund policy. It was a good experience with the indicators. My trading methods have moved away from most indicators. I only use MVA and Volume Profile. Thank you, Rodrigo, for the help!

If you are reading this please don't…

If you are reading this please don't subscribe its the most basic thing you can have for free and not to even talk about the 30 days money back thing where they don't refund you..the worst part is when you cancel the subscription and just sleep your mind with the money you lost as a bad experience they come back few months later with the auto renewal and take you money yea its a Scam they just build it the smart way please don't fall for it

LuxAlgo’s subscription system functions the same way as most modern subscription-based services: subscriptions remain active until they are fully canceled before the renewal date. This process is clearly disclosed during checkout and in our Terms of Service.

Automatic renewals are not random or hidden charges, and they do not occur on canceled subscriptions. In many cases, users believe a subscription was canceled when it was not fully completed or confirmed in the account settings.

We understand the platform may not be the right fit for everyone, but describing standard subscription behavior as a scam is simply inaccurate.

With all that being said, if you truly think something was done in ill-will on our end. Feel free to reach out to our support team we'll be happy to take a second look for you!

The algorithm reacts too slowly to market changes, so the signals arrive after the move. Test it first before buying.

Signal lag is often a sensitivity/timeframe tuning issue. However, different tools are designed with different tradeoffs between confirmation, responsiveness, and noise reduction.

Very fast and helpful support

My experience with LuxAlgo support was very positive. Phoenix responded very quickly and handled everything in a clear, professional, and efficient way. I appreciated how easy the communication was and how fast the support was provided. Overall, a very good customer service experience.

Takeprofittrader scams people and customer service is horrible

Phoenix was helpful and solved the issue and concern I had. Even though the experience this day with Phoenix was good and she was helpful solving the issues I had. I had to come back and edit this because the customer service at Takeprofittrader is amongst one of the worst I have seen in a long time.
