This company feels like a fraud. There is no way to reach a human. When I placed an order, there is no response at all to delivery time ticket.
When I cancel the order all of a sudden the order was to be shipped imminently. I asked for refund which they advise is coming within 14 days. Time went past, money not received and no response to follow ups.

Item came damaged, do not want accept return or return money. (By the low they should accept return.) Any normal company if delivered damaged product make a refund. Ordered folding bed, metal was bended and desk cracked. Telling that I should not accept this parcel and now they can not to receive insurance from delivery company! Because I didn't record damages( a lot of tape on the box). Maybe this is the business, get a compensation from delivery company all orders already damaged. Now I have to wait until/if they will resolve this problem. Opened dispute case 11 dec 23 and didn't get any answer until Christmas, when I called said that I will get an answer during next week. After a week and half received an email that it is my fault that I accepted this parcel! Parcel was good, just wrapped with a tape on the corner as many companies do. They are SCAMMERS! Worst shop and service provided. By the chines packing I understood that some problems will be with this company. Bad that I didn't read Trustpilot before ordered, because here is only 1 star reviews.
