Terrible weak shaver I kept going with it for a year because of the ridiculous price but finally gave up on me just over a year later customer service don’t answer emails! AVOID much better shavers for half the price on Amazon

BUYER BEWARE.
Don’t fall for all the 5 star reviews of this shaver. It’s a useless piece of plastic. I foolishly bought based on these reviews . I’ve purchased a few shavers over the last 15 years but this is the worst ever. Poor quality for the price. Very slow and weak motor, full battery would not do 2 shaves and extremely hard to clean.
AVOID at all cost.
P.S if you put up a poor review on the luxe website , it will be removed within an hour👎

Fraudulent experience. I ordered the titan x head shaver. I received a non branded, silver, cheap piece of rubbish. I couldn't cut my hair with it, it began lacerating my head.
Titan have now changed the product shown to a completely different, black model which is branded.
I have been ignored by them when asking for a refund.
This is literally criminal, fraudulent behaviour.
I did not see the reviews before purchasing. I can see now many others have been victims of this company.
If you continue to buy from them after seeing these reviews, you deserve all the luck in the world.

The product was flimsy and underpowered (Titan X Headshaver). I've used an expensive SkullShaver and an inexpensive Remington for comparison and this is a very poor substitute. Made from cheap, brittle plastic, the motor runs slowly and a head shave takes an eternity. The shaver attachment broke the first time I removed it in order to try out one of the other pointless and equally flimsy attachments. They did send me a replacement shaver head as a goodwill gesture, but I rejected the unit because I need a powerful and durable shaver that does the job. The refund was slow and minus my costs incurred in the return process as they blame me for breaking it. Worth a look if you're curious but does not even come close to the hype I'd read about it online. I wouldn't have been too mad at a price tag of around £25 but it's not worth a penny more.

DO NOT deal with this company!! Cancelled my order because it took so long to deliver, was asked to accept delivery of the product then send the product back with proof of postage. Company continuously denying receiving the return. Absolute scammers!! Bad product reviews are taken down by the company. I will be reporting to consumers association and contacting bank.

AVOID….Do not buy of this company. I was in a rush and did not research enough. Site I went on gave this the best shaver out of 10. You can buy the exact same shaver from Temu for £26. Trust me I realised Luxe ripped me off price wise so I purchased the Temu one also. Guess what? They are identical in every detail. Even the box. Please avoid this company. I am reporting them to PayPal as I am convinced Luxe will inform me I would not be eligible for a money back as promised. Please please don’t get caught out as I did. Learn from my experience and buy for at least a third of the price elsewhere. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Got a bundle for myself and my sister and we are so so happy with the IPLs. Thank you Luxderm, great customer service, we both have sensitive skin and they answered all our questions promptly. Price vs quality well worth it

Ordered an IPL from this website back in January 50% off. I've been using it ever since and I am happy with the purchase. They are quite new but looking at the price, thought I could give it a try.

I was looking for a head shaver, searched google, and top 2 searches took me to review sites. Reading these the top option was the Luxderm Titan x, priced at £79.99, similar price to the other top shavers on the list. Reading through the site, they’ve got 100 years experience apparently. Turns out what they sent out was the £39.99 generic shaver unbranded shaver you can get on Amazon or £15 on Temu. Don’t waste your money like I did if you see this site flash up on some dodgy review site they’ve obviously made and stick with the main brands, at least you’ll get what you paid for. Also fyi, the next review down shares the last name of the guy that runs the website, don’t fall for it.
