Horrible experience, the website sell fake items. Avoid them at all cost! They respond very slowly via whatsapp & do not offer refunds for returned items, absolute scam!

I wish I could give them 10 star rating, because the amazing service I received from them is beyond that!

I was offered a free additional item as a kind gesture because I told the support team that its my birthday.

They also allowed me to pay in small installments through klarna for my order.

I would surely be a returning and regular customer in the future!

It’s a complete con this company take your money and you never see the item that you ordered and after some emails and texts they stop responding and you then have no chance of getting your money back . Do not touch this company they are scammers

Bought some trainers from this so called company. Long story short don't buy anything from them. They were fake. A week later a guy who clearly had no customer service skills whatsoever said they accidentally refunded money and asked for it back, luckily I got the item with my credit card but he wanted it to be put into a personal account. My bank put a stop to it straight away and contacted the fraud team. He (Muruk Pal, Birmingham) gathered pictures on Facebook of my newborn child and threatened him and said if we don't put the money back in he'll dissappear. We waited for him but he never turned up. Quite disheartening to be honest because we would of greeted him with open arms like good yorkshire men would. Anyway we got his address because he's stupid enough to put all his details on Instagram and his business address on the government website. Lucky for him the police were involved which saved him to be honest. Muruk Pal, I hope one day we bump into each other. And tha ks for my free £100.

Sold fake J1 smoke grey that came in busted box and smelt weird. Long delivery as well.

This website has saved me from spending £3K because I only spent a few hundred quid, and I was even given a discount code to use by their customer service

Like the reviewer below I have also been ripped off. Firstly the tracksuit didn’t appear then it did while I was away and someone said it had been signed for but just left it in the shed. To top it off it doesn’t fit and is clearly fake and again I’m left arguing on what’s app about my right to return and where I can return it to. I too have reported the company Milky town/ Lux Discount to trading standards.

Horrendous! I paid ?139.00 for a Tracksuit that never arrived and the will not refund! They state it was delivered and signed for however I was in all day.
I am being argued with on Whatsapp and have now contacted trading standards.

I was scammed by uncle rafool. He made me order a card and he used money with overdraft and messed up my account. This is how he probably buys the fake goods for this business. Have shown the authorities this

This website sells unauthentic good that are made to seem like they’re real.
I bought a pair of AirPods with the idea that they were authentic come to find out they were not in fact AirPods but “TWS” (which you can find on aliexpress for 10 pounds at most).
