Would not give even one star if possible this company are disgusting I paid £45 for a bra it was very poor quality and took ages to come nothing like advertised and not any use to me. Tried to contact them for returns details and refund I response this is a scam no one should use them . Thief's of money I'm furious they are allowed to carry on trading shame on them

Identical to all of your readers. Wrong size sent, quality lowest and compared to advertisement, indicates a scam. Demands I pay cost of return despite their returns policy saying exactly the opposite.

Major lesson I now apply. Will only buy any clothing by visiting the London shops and trying items on in the shop. Exception is Amazon. They are honest with fair policy when the occasional trouble lurks. Malcolm

This is a Chinese company that disguises itself as a London luxury company! No luxury here people. Cheap badly made clothing that you will never get your money back on! Check how to return goods before buying to ensure that it isn’t a Chinese company and you will never see your money again!

I can't give a zero star. This is a fraudalent website. They pretend to be a UK based company but their products are from China. It isn't closing down. They send cheap terrible clothes to you and then to return it- is the price of the goods because they don't pay the returns. They offer to give you a 30% of the return to keep the crappy clothes that cost £5, that you were charged £40 worth.

Agree with others and would rate less than 1 star if possible.
Total scam
Dreadful fabric, bought 2 dresses, returned with promise of full refund. Stuck in china customs now since May, reading other comments I am half expecting them to arrive back with me someday to go straight into fabric recycling! Costly lesson.

Total scam. Awful clothing. I then spent £ to return items which were not collected in China and were returned to me. Total waste of £. Do not use them.

DO NOT USE. This is a scam website. Spent £90 plus a further £30 to return the very below par items which have just been returned back to me (ie the return address is also a scam)! Good video up on YT by Honest Check describing red flags to watch out for when shopping online. DO your due diligence before you buy on any website. I usually do, but didn't in this instance. I certainly will in future.

I would rate lower than 1 star but wasn’t given the option. Wish I’d seen the reviews as I’ve had a similar experience. Clothes are appalling material and nothing like advertised, paid £30 to return back to china only for the packages to get to china and be refused collection. The item made its way back to me in the Uk so not only am I out the original value of the order, I am out of pocket for the delivery charge also
I can’t believe these companies are allowed to operate.

Ordered 2 dresses. Cheap and tacky material. Was offered a partial refund but I refused. Was eventually given a return address in China. I sent the dresses back tracked at the end of May at a cost of nearly £30. They have suddenly been returned today, 3 months later with no explanation and no refund. They did apparently get as far as China's customs office at the end of June. Just one huge scam!

Absolutely shocking company. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying. Website makes it look like they are a London based company. They are not - based out of China. Quality of items terrible. Shirt front dress was two different lengths at the front. Thin material. To return involves you paying full costs back to China. Avoid at all costs.

Cheap material, terribly made. Clothes come from China and look nothing like the photos.
Like many other customers I looked to return the items but they have to go back to China at large expense. I was offered a part refund to keep the clothes but have never received any money back.

SCAM Chinese crap company - have now changed their name to Luxe Boutique London! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! No refunds are given and they do not have a UK address so are not keeping to UK trading laws. Quality of items are extremely poor - they have now updated their return policy to include complaining about substandard material is not a refund issue! I have now had to pass my case to the legal dept of my credit card!

Terrible quality clothing. Cheap and nasty at big prices.
Shockingly awful customer service. Zero help. Refusal to refund faulty items.
These people are common criminals.

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered 4 dresses and when they returned they were awful. Cheaply made it China, nothing fitted and the material was awful. The returns process is a joke - they expected me to send my items back to China at a cost to me and when I refused, they offered me a 25% refund which I accepted. This was back in May - I have been emailing every single day and I still have not received my 25% refund, even though they offered it to me.

Stay away from this company at all costs - worst online store I have ever come across. Do not give your hard earned money to these scammers.

A scam Chinese company purporting to be a store in London closing due to a bereavement of a business colleague. Terrible quality, takes an age to arrive and then when you request a refund you are offered a partial refund if you keep them. They are totally unwearable! You have to pay to return to China, I did return on principle, cost £27 wrote lots of emails that are always replied to politely but evasively, and followed their return policy to the letter with tracking and photos of everything. Eventually after over two months of battling and reporting them to my credit card company I have got the money refunded, not the postage costs obviously. A small victory but I was determined! They are now trading under Beaumont and other names with similar stories. Please AVOID!!!!

SCAM. Absolute joke of a false company. Sending products made in China that are completely unwearable due to size inconsistencies. I immediately recognized a poor quality product before removing from the clear packaging, and lo and behold, sizing is completely unlike the details on the website. Have submitted photos of this to which no reply from there team.

Do not order from here. The dresses are incredibly cheap material (despite the price and pictures on the website). They also promised me a refund and have not issued this after 2 months and lots of chasing emails - they keep avoiding it and saying they have issues with their system.
