I am sharing my experience with Luxe Bounce N Play so that other customers are aware before trusting them with an important event.
We booked this company to provide stage decorations for a very special family event and paid a deposit to secure the booking.
Shockingly, just ONE DAY before our event, we were informed that they could no longer provide the stage.
Anyone who has organised a large event will understand how stressful and upsetting this is, particularly when everything has already been planned and arranged.
Despite the extremely short notice, we tried to find a solution. We even offered to collect the items they had ordered so that we could try to arrange the stage ourselves.
Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate were ignored. We received no response to our messages, and our calls were directed to voicemail.
Eventually, after further phone calls, our deposit was refunded.
However, what disappointed us most was that the refund came without any explanation, personal message or even a simple apology.
Yes, our money was returned, but that does not undo the stress, inconvenience and last-minute disruption caused by cancelling such an important part of our event.
A refund does not automatically make up for a lack of communication or professionalism.
We trusted this company with an important occasion, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
I would strongly advise anyone considering booking Luxe Bounce N Play for an important event to think carefully and ensure they have alternative arrangements in place.
Professionalism, reliability and communication are essential when dealing with customers who are trusting you with once-in-a-lifetime celebrations.
Unfortunately, our experience reflected none of these qualities.
