Initially I received a faulty unit. It would only work for about 15 seconds and then the battery would should as empty.
I contacted customer care and they were very responsive and agreed to send me a replacement after I sent a video showing the unit draining from 100-0 in seconds.
I received the replacement unit which is excellent. It is a great product. Customer care were very helpful throughout, and very focused on customer satisfaction.
