ABSOLUTE SCAM! I purchased an eyebrow lamination kit which barely worked. The glue in this pack is literally like superglue and although throughout the brochure it says to brush the hairs several times, it is absolutely impossible to do once you’ve applied the glue. I can’t find anywhere to leave a review on their website and the QR code that comes in the pack does not work. I’ve visited there Instagram to find no videos on the brow lamination kit. Absolute scam. In addition to that my eyebrow area is terribly sore after trying this kit. Whatever you do, don’t ever purchase a brow lamination kit from Luxe Cosmetics Australia.

am beyond frustrated with Luxe Cosmetics. I contacted them immediately after placing my order to cancel — well within their 1-hour cancellation policy — and followed up multiple times with no reply.

The last email response I received was on 9/8, yet they had time yesterday to reply publicly to my Trustpilot review claiming my order had been cancelled and refunded. Today, I received an email saying my order is in transit.

They are ignoring my direct emails, giving contradictory information, and have still not processed my refund.

Bought the lash curl set awhile ago, finally got time to put it on yesterday. Honest review, it’s quite challenging for me doing it for the first time, especially getting the lash to stick on the pad part, less glue, more glue tried all sorts of volume, doesn’t work well with my one eye, so I ended up holding my lash with the applicator stick throughout the procedure 😂 results: I don’t know what happen, so one eye lash curls perfectly (the one I hold with stick whole time), the other one doesn’t curl well 😭 so I ended up looking fabulous one eye and basic the other eye, I’m exhausted, will leave it as it is
