Company has gone bankrupt but seems to…

Company has gone bankrupt but seems to continue to have an active website taking money from customers. haven been sending emails for over two weeks. no reply at all.
nothing to online chat, nothing on email and nothing furthermore from the directors and senior management.
the website needs to be taken don to not deceive people and have them purchase items and get nothing,.
extremely frustrating as i am in that scenario now and im out of pocket.

Items not sent. Refunds not given

Ordered a light on 10th June. Supposed to be delivered in 7 days but didn’t arrive. Endless emails back and forth. Told on 10th July that order has now been cancelled and we will be refunded within 14 days. No refund arrived. Chased again to be told they haven’t sent the refund and are checking with their “brand partners” to see where the item is!!! We bought elsewhere when we we told a refund was coming so obviously don’t want a replacement 4 months later. Avoid.

Awful after sales service

Awful after sales service. Complete lack of empathy, understanding, consideration and client service.

Reactive rather than proactive, showing a complete disregard for the client after failing to complete a large order of items.

With an item missing it finally arrived, after come months, creating an additional import duty to be paid. This would not have been the case had the order been fulfilled.

Luxedeco refused to meet the duty cost, all of €31 and offered a pathetic €12. This after months of delay and communication, all one way from my side. Still today a response is awaited to the last email from a week ago. No surprise really.

Such a shame as leaves a bad taste and would never buy from there again.

Avoid.
