I tried to purchase a few items and the 15 percent welcome discount screen kept blocking my view of items. I finally clicked on it to get my discount code and it didn’t work. It was hassle factor so I removed a couple of items and placed an order without the code. I also have not received updates on when my item will arrive

Missing Order and Unresponsive Customer Service
Ordered a light fixture three weeks ago. I got an email saying it would be delivered week of 4/6 though no tracking number provided. Still no sign of it as of today 4/14. Emailed customer service three days ago through website to enquire as to it's whereabouts. Crickets. Now I have to call and follow it up in time that I don't have. All such a headache and the reason why I usually stick to big box stores and online websites like Amazon that provide fast free shipping, reliable customer service and easy returns if need be. Never ordering from Luxe Decor again and neither should you.

Website stated 6 in stock and ships in 1-7 days. Purchased the item then had to call them after 12 days to learn item was not in stock and on back order till mid to late June!

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. Waited three months to receive my order, didn’t work for me and after multiple tries to get me to keep the product they then charged a ridiculous amount to return them. My advice -don’t order unless you are positive it’s what you want.

I placed an order with them and they website said it would ship within 1 to 3 business days so I chose this company since all the other companies said it would take 4 weeks. Well, I have worker at my house ready to take out vanity but I just found out it would be another three weeks estimated before I receive it. I contacted the carrier and they said the company chose them since they are a slow carrier. I called to cancel order because I need it sooner and they told me I cant cancel since carrier picked it up and if I cancel there will be a 20% restocking fee plus the freight. Not to mention they said your 15% discount was waiting and that wasn't even available.

Poor service
I was workin with your company for weeks. There are so many fabrics to choose from. When I choose the fabric on April 1 the price went up 400.00. I called to say I have been looking and trying to make up my mind on 6 chase lounges and was hoping your company would honor the original price and I was told that's a HARD NO. Not good customer service.
