Took 17 weeks to receive my piece
Took 17 weeks to receive my piece, did not fit head correctly. I asked them to adjust if I drove to salon but they refused and threatened me with legal action. Wig is so badly made. Cheap from china. Now their website and all contact details seem to have vanished! I researched this for months as-well. So sad when I deal with hair loss. Very stressful from start to finish! Terrible customer service and terrible wig.

It’s very confusing why this customer has decided to leave a dishonest review after scamming us.
The wig was sent within the stated processing time (a lot less than 17 weeks which was claimed in the review).
The wig was made to the exact measurements provided by the customer and after talking to the customer they agreed it was the correct measurements.
We are an online based company so we do not have a salon to travel to.
Top quality European human hair was used on this wig.
This business is now closed, this is why the website is no longer live. This was explained to the customer.
We were happy to try and sort this issue but the customer opened multiple claims via Klarna. The customer lied on each claim and managed to get a full refund.
Even after receiving a full refund, the customer refused to send the wig back and continued to wear the wig. We have full evidence of the customer wearing the wig (pictures posted online). If the cap was too small like the customer claimed it to be then the customer would not be able to wear it.
After multiple messages sent to the customer, they finally sent the wig back months later but it’s very unfortunate the wig was sent back with the lace cut and in a worn condition and smelling of stale perfume.
The customer blocked us after sending the wig back knowing she had worn it and it was against the refund policy.
